In reading about the Middle Passage, it came across my mind that our ancestors endured harsh and cruel treatment. They were taken from the land of Africa to sail thousands of miles to distant countries for the slave trade.
This is very cold and cruel.
Many of them did not make it.
According to one source, between 1500 and 1900, an estimated 4 million Africans were killed.
Perhaps more were killed avoiding capture. The estimated 4 million were killed either by disease, attempted escape, or they simply jumped overboard when they had the chance.
This was also called according to Kiswahili “MAAFA.” It’s meaning is “terrible occurrence” or “great disaster.”
In 400 years, 4 million or more were wiped off the face of the earth.
Fast forward to today.
The abortion industry has wreaked havoc on Blacks BUT it’s really Blacks doing it to ourselves and the industry is just available to accommodating our stupidity.
Additionally, we Blacks vote loyally to keep the killing machine oiled and greased with the blood of our babies.
Since 1973, 15 million Black babies were killed.
So, in 41 years (1973-2014), Blacks have managed to kill more babies than those that were killed during the Middle Passage in 400 years.
Some have said that this is the curse of Canaan that Noah imposed and that’s not true. That’s because the curse was fulfilled thousands of years before the Middle Passage. And the Canaanites were in the land that is now Israel. So why have we been oppressed for so long. Why are we oppressing ourselves? Why haven’t we awaken to this generational nightmare?
The reason is simple.
Sin.
“In whom the God of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not…”
It appears that we have been singled out almost worse, if not worse than the Jews.
Out of all the races of the earth, Blacks have suffered. However, for some reason, we are some of the most spiritual group of people on earth. But one thing is certain. You can be spiritual but still lost in sin. Attending church is a spiritual act but anyone could act spiritual and never know the Lord.
Sexual immorality plagues every race but when it comes to abortion, the numbers reveal that just because we are spiritual, without a real encounter with God, “we have neither seen Him nor known Him” (see 1 John 3:6).
Because if we were really born again, and if we really claim to worship Him because we say that we know Him, we would never sin against Him. The time for excuses ceases when we realize that sexual immorality is a sin against God and His Word.
For years, we have been making inept and lame excuses.
Some of you will recall the late Tonya Reaves.
She was killed at the age of 24 while having an abortion. The death was ruled “an accident,” but we all know that two deaths took place.
An unintentional death and a deliberate death.
The parents of Tonya would like for this not to be politicized however, there is nothing that will stop this.
But what about the spiritual side?
What are the morals in this lesson?
There was outrage that Planned Parenthood was responsible for this tragic death. However, we should be just as outraged that she wasn’t married, had fornicated, and deliberately chose to have an abortion. As we were there in Washington, DC for a press conference, none of us pastors addressed fornication and adultery as the root cause of all abortions.
I guess all of us were more concerned about our time in the camera, sounding eloquent, but did we strike the right cord about the real issues of Black sexual immorality?
Yes, this is a “shoulda, woulda, coulda moment.”
We place the emphasis on the botched abortion procedure and lateness of responding to an emergency situation.
What are we left with?
A dead young girl, engaged to be married with a then, 1 year old child.
Here is another travesty.
Did Tonya Reaves know the Lord?
Two sins are before her before you say “Yes, she knew the Lord.”
Fornication is a sin. Murder is a sin.
Read what John, the beloved apostle said in 1 John 1:5-10. “This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”
Just because she died because of a botched procedure, it doesn’t mean that they are in heaven.
Could she have asked the Lord to forgive her for the fornication? It’s possible.
Could she have asked the Lord to forgive her for killing her child?
Why ask God to forgive you before you kill a child? Do you think that God is that dumb that He would say, “Yes, I forgive you,” before you kill a child? Do you think that God is that dumb to forgive you before you fornicate?
That’s the kind of false god that is erected in the minds of people. People want the kind of god that allows them to sin and get away with it, ask this god to forgive before they commit sin.
As one article put it, they are sexually immoral atheists. They want God only when it suits them.
“God, I am going to have fornication. You and I are good with that. Right? Right? See you in church on Sunday God.”
“Do not be deceived. God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7.
The Bible is clear about fornication.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 says “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.”
How does one become washed, sanctified, and justified?
They must repent of sin and never sin again, and be born again.
According to Hebrews 13:4, God judges adulterers and fornicators. So if you are saying that I am judging, read Hebrews 13:4 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-11. Your emotions are high right about now, but search your Bible to refute this. If you can find one Scripture that declares that God will forgive you before you commit the sin, then post it.
Ezekiel 18:4 says ““Behold, all souls are Mine; The soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine; The soul who sins shall die.”
Ezekiel 18:24-26 says “But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live?
All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die.
“Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’
Hear now, O house of Israel, is it not My way which is fair, and your ways which are not fair?
When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, and dies in it, it is because of the iniquity which he has done that he dies.”
You see, God cannot turn His back on justice, holiness, and righteousness. To do so would necessitate the death of God. And God will not sin. It is man that has sinned and so God will walk in justice against all evil.
Do you see where this is going.
In the normal course of life, we would like to have seen this young lady get married to the right man that knows the Lord. They get married and start a family. Not have fornication and choose to murder a child to cover sin.
Truth hurts but perhaps we could learn something from this tragedy.
God’s way is the best way. Man’s thoughts and ways are lower than God’s thoughts and ways.
Black sexual immorality is the reason behind the deadly institution of abortion. They are counting on our ignorance and stupidity to commit sexual immorality and then impose the final solution because like in the jungle, we are no different than wild animals that cannot control themselves. The institution of abortion knows that we aren’t smart enough to stop this Maafa against the whole world.
If we were smart enough, Planned Parenthood would be without a job.
