Isaiah 52:11-12 says, “Depart! Depart! Go out from there,
Touch no unclean thing;
Go out from the midst of her,
Be clean,
You who bear the vessels of the Lord.
For you shall not go out with haste,
Nor go by flight;
For the Lord will go before you,
And the God of Israel will be your rear guard.”
2 Corinthians 6:14-18 says, “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”
Therefore
“Come out from among them
And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
And I will receive you.”
“I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the Lord Almighty.”
Job 22:27-30 “You will make your prayer to Him,
He will hear you,
And you will pay your vows.
You will also declare a thing,
And it will be established for you;
So light will shine on your ways.
When they cast you down, and you say, “Exaltation will come! ’
Then He will save the humble person.
He will even deliver one who is not innocent;
Yes, he will be delivered by the purity of your hands.”
In order for Black conservatives to have the moral standing it needs to address the issues of our times, we must be sold out the Lord. Our lives must be pure before God and that means that we must abstain from every form of evil.
If we want to see the hand of God move in our communities and political process. If we desire God’s success, we must be separate, clean, and pure.
In most polls, it is a known fact that there are over 300,000 churches in the United States. According to a Rick Warren poll taken several years ago and that needs to be updated, 43% or more pastors have struggled with pornography.
We all know that no man or woman that ever watch porn, never act out sexually in either masturbation, fornication, adultery, bisexuality, or homosexuality. If we are not pure before God and the people then we are basically no different than the liberals.
“Prayer produces intimacy with God,” the late Ed Cole states. Purity produces holiness before God. Only the “pure in heart shall see God” said Jesus. Just recently, Josh Duggar working for FRC resigned because of child molestation committed by him as a teen.
Many of you have heard of adultery committed by pastors and we are all shocked.
The root cause of adultery, child molestation is not porn.
It’s the lust of the flesh and mind and the pride of life according to 1 John 2:15-17 and James 1:14-15.
Porn is the fuel as the executed Ted Bundy said in an interview with Dr. James Dobson.
Preponderance of the evidence may point to some level of pornographic activity in the lives of leaders that will eventually come out according to Luke 12:2.
As a Black Conservative pastor, my life was marred by this activity and is well documented in this blog and on Blogtalkradio.
I know full well the traps that some Black pastors are in.
Thankfully, there are other Black Conservative pastors that have kept themselves from this vile sin and have lives that are pure before God.
If we are going to take the fight to the streets, our lives must be blameless. We must learn to keep ourselves from the dark dungeons of sexual immorality if we are going to win this battle against the elite proponents of the sin of homosexuality and abortion. In California, according to Internet Filter Review, 1600 divorce attorneys say that half of all divorces is the direct or indirect result of pornography and adultery.
IF Black Conservatives are to be taken seriously, according to Ephesians 5, we must not have the hint of sexual immorality in our lives. Otherwise, we will not see the victory that we desperately need to glorify the Lord.
Secret Sexual Sins must be dealt with. Otherwise, the media will be used by the Lord to expose these things and destroy our efforts to wage war in purity.
