Having Lustful Eyes For Your Pastor

Usually, it’s the other way around when a pastor has “eyes” for a female member or visitor.

But it’s just as prevalent when female members or visitors try to make contact for sexual “connection” in the house of worship.

It’s an issue that’s usually not addressed often because what’s more spoken of is the after action of adultery or fornication. In other words, the attention is fully placed on the male pastor, and not the female whom he was immorally involved with.

While women generally don’t look at immoral sexual encounters with male pastors as part of pursuing a conquest, yet, in the world of prostitution and porn, it’s a known fact that some immoral women look at it as having power over a man.

In other words, she deliberately intended to use the power of her femininity to seduce a male, overpowering him with her looks, and with sexual teasing attire, lure a male into the bedroom.

Proverbs 7:25-27 (NKJV Strong’s) “Do not let your heart turn aside to her ways,
Do not stray into her paths;
For she has cast down many wounded,
And all who were slain by her were strong men.
Her house is the way to hell,
Descending to the chambers of death.

If they could get a male to look, she’s got him hooked.

Hence, the term “hooker.”

Proverbs 6:23-26 (NKJV Strong’s) “For the commandment is a lamp,
And the law a light;
Reproofs of instruction are the way of life,
To keep you from the evil woman,
From the flattering tongue of a seductress.
Do not lust after her beauty in your heart,
Nor let her allure you with her eyelids.
For by means of a harlot
A man is reduced to a crust of bread;
And an adulteress will prey upon his precious life.”

Before going any further, NOT EVERY female attending services are doing this. There’s just a very select few that live in the fantasy world of romance. But there is a clear difference between lust and romance. Each week, these select few immoral females take things to the next level to accomplish the goal of sexually connecting with a pastor.

Sometimes, the unsuspecting male pastor doesn’t even know that they’re being targeted for sexual conquest connections. But sadly, some do know they’re being targeted and oblige.

Sometimes it begins with an innocent conversation. A handshake. A warm smile. While he’s preaching, you noticeably pay attention. An “amen,” calling out his name. Sometimes being a bit talkative or asking questions in Bible Study as if you’re using this means of communications as another way of drawing his attention.

Some of these things seems innocent but if it goes further than this, it may be cause for alarm.

It goes without saying.

It’s always a set up to the next level.

Again, to those that are sensitive and assume that it’s an attack on all women, be advised, it’s not.

Just the select few that seek sexual conquest.

No matter how much prayer a male pastor does, and no matter how powerful they may be in the pulpit, women are attracted to powerful men.

The goal of the male pastor is to have the heart of Joseph.

The Lord entrusted you with a lot. Why give it up for one moment of immorality?

Genesis 39:6-12 (NKJV Strong’s)

Thus he (Potiphar) left all that he had in Joseph’s hand, and he did not know what he (Joseph) had except for the bread which he ate. Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance.

And it came to pass after these things that his master’s wife cast longing eyes on Joseph, and she said, “Lie with me.”

But he refused and said to his master’s wife, “Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand. There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”

So it was, as she spoke to Joseph day by day, that he did not heed her, to lie with her or to be with her.

But it happened about this time, when Joseph went into the house to do his work, and none of the men of the house was inside, that she caught him by his garment, saying, “Lie with me.” But he left his garment in her hand, and fled and ran outside.”

Potiphar’s wife had lusting eyes for Joseph, to the point that she cornered Joseph, and attempted to grab him. Joseph had no choice but to jump out of his outer garment, and run for his life.

Clearly, this isn’t the last incident, as many immoral women were successful in achieving their conquest.

Male pastors give in to the seductive immoral woman without a fight.

It’s due to the lusts that’s in his heart as well. You can’t blame the bait for your mouth found on the hook. The bait is deceptive for a reason.

James 1:14-15 (NKJV Strong’s) “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.”

There’s no question that Potiphar’s wife pulled out all the seductive stops to get Joseph to cast down his integrity. Having been in prison, he didn’t want to return, much more, be executed for romp time with another man’s wife.

Married pastors are on the playing field too. Many pastors that harbor lust in their hearts are prime for the picking. Especially when the married pastor is experiencing marital issues where normal sexuality isn’t happening at home.

Such issues are so strong that a seductive women could pretty much perceive that there may be an issue, and like clock work, take steps to advance like pieces on a chess board.

So how could this be avoided when they come in, deliberately dressed provocatively to attract your attention?

Sadly, it may not be avoided but for the male pastor, he need to pay attention, because it won’t be long before we read about another incident.

Porn’s BIG Secret

Cutting to the chase, once again, the Christian community, online newspapers, and other outlets identify that there’s a huge problem with Christians viewing pornography.

Pastors and believers all across the United States, and the world, are heavily involved with no apparent slowing or stoppage.

The Internet and our personal devices are great tools but they’ve been used consistently to view porn anywhere and at anytime.

But is porn the problem?

It’s only part of the problem.

It’s the bait on the hook. Or more so, the incremental increase to take things to the next step.

As one person puts it, it’s an accelerant.

When you want a bigger fire, you get more wood, gas, or other fuels to increase the fire.

Lines that pastors and believers says they would never crossed are easily crossed.

Look at James 1:14-15 (NKJV Strong’s) “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.’

Within the heart of sinning people is the lustful desires lurking in the mind and flesh. It’s the desire to gratify themselves that takes them to places where such satisfaction could be achieved.

Paul told Timothy “Flee also YOUTHFUL lusts.”

Having said this, what lures men and women to watching porn?

Enhancing or accelerate the process to perform solo sex or masturbation.

When people watch porn, it’s not like sitting in a movie theater and eating popcorn. It’s about participating in sex without the physical partner there. In other words, it’s fantasy or pretend sex.

If you read these Christian articles about believers watching porn, you will notice that nothing or very little is said about masturbation or fantasy sex.

But this is what believers do that Christian Post, Charisma, or other Christian news outlets deliberately omit.

Perhaps, the reason why is when you talk about solo sex, fantasy sex, or the “M” word (masturbation), because the Bible is silent in its prohibition, it’s determined to be permitted.

It’s also possible that people that write about porn participate in masturbation.

They’re too ashamed to reveal the combination for fear of discovery of masturbation in their own lives.

Paul told us in Ephesians 5:11-14 (NKJV Strong’s) “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore He says:
“Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.”

Just because it’s a shame, it doesn’t prohibit one from discussing it.

Discussing just the fact that masturbation is the reason behind porn is shameful. What’s prohibited is the play by play description or instruction on how to masturbate. That’s beyond shame.

It’s sinful and incites a person to participate in Secret Sexual Sins when a person read sex stories out of Hustler or The Forum.

As I’ve said before, just because the Bible is silent on a subject, it’s not to be taken as permission to engage.

When the assumption is taken to masturbate, this subject will not be addressed.

Self discipline is one of the fruit of the Spirit (see Galatians 5:22-24).

IF you’re crucified with Christ, then you are dead to sin. In fact, as Paul said……“dead to sin but alive unto God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Dead people don’t respond.

Therefore, if you’re dead, as far as we know with certainty, dead people don’t respond to lust in their heart, mind, and flesh to masturbate.

Selah!!!

So the lust in the flesh and mind places a demand to fulfill desire to achieve sexual satisfaction apart from marriage to the opposite sex.

There’s numerous reasons for this as I’ve written in the blog to explore the reasons why men and women masturbate, but as long as there’s a refusal to address the reason why believers watch porn, it’s no different than a dog chasing its tail.

PORN & MASTURBATION: 40 Questions Pastors Should Ask Your Husband

Even as information is available everywhere to discuss this taboo issue, many wives have expressed disappointment and frustration over the fact that pastors are ill-equipped to address their husband’s porn and masturbation activities.

The answer is simple.

Pastors are ill-equipped for three reasons.

1. They’ve never studied the subject thoroughly enough.

2. They are secretly involved in porn and masturbation themselves (50% of pastors in America).

3. They refer the subject to worldly counselors and Christian counselors, specializing in this area.

I thank God for Pastor Roger Jamison, senior pastor of Sword Of The Spirit Tabernacle in Brooklyn, NY for showing me where to get the information and he deserves much of the credit for this. A majority of these questions were posed to me by Pastor Roger. I’ve written down a few of my own to cover as much ground as possible.

I believe that every pastor should understand the very basics of this subject because sooner or later, a wife will come into the pastor’s study with questions. Sooner or later, a husband will come into the pastor’s study and ask questions to be delivered.

In many circles, deliverance ministry is often the way many pastors address the issue.

They anoint with oil, pray for them, lay hands on them, and then send them on their way.

Few realize that it will take this and one on one ministry over a long period of time.

Sexual immorality is a very entrenched stronghold that requires tenacity, vigilance, persistence, and a willingness to cut certain things to the root.

Porn, masturbation, and illegal sex is man’s most sacred idol.

You mess with a man’s immoral sex life and you will get his wrath.

Very few men will desire to be free because they believe that this is their business.

Pastors should avail themselves with as much material on this subject because every church has a person that is into porn and masturbation. The size of the church doesn’t matter. And the reputation of the church doesn’t matter. Just because something looks holy and sound holy is not excluded.

Mega, mid-sized, and store front churches all have some measure of men involved in sexual immorality, porn and masturbation.

If the pastor knows everything and what every man is doing sexually, this statement wouldn’t be as bold. Even I, in a small storefront church with only 9 men as members in Brooklyn, NY, would never take it for granted. Men are capable of falling into Secret Sexual Sins no matter how much I preach on this subject.

Having said this, many women will express exasperation over her husband’s porn and masturbation addictions.

If her husband is willing to sit with a pastor, a pastor must be clean, holy, and pure before God. He must ask pointed questions to get at the heart of the issue. He must be prepared with as much information as possible. It will not take one night of pouring oil and laying on of hands. It will take a great deal of dealing with the mind of a man bent on keeping his perversion.

The wife must be supportive and prayerful. She must be patient because his addiction didn’t happen over night.

Finally, the pastor should ask that man to answer 40 questions. This will help the pastor to ascertain the depths of her husband’s porn and masturbation involvement. Many of you reading this will not agree with this and the questions. However, every person has a different approach to dealing with porn and masturbation.

37. Have you ever considered the possibility that if you have a daughter, she might be kidnapped for the sex trade, kidnapped for child porn or molestation, or grow up to be a porn star, or get married to a man with porn and masturbation habits like you?

38. How often have you called it quits to porn and masturbation and return to committing these acts?

39. Have you ever been so mad at yourself for watching porn and masturbating that you’ve considered doing harm to yourself?

40. Do you want to be free?

Pastors, feel free to use these questions because you will need them.

But make sure that you are free from porn and masturbation yourself. You can’t help a man out of a burning building if you are burning in the same building.

Discovering Your Pastor’s Child Porn Habits; Pastoral Investigatory Policy

There is no question that pornography is a major issue in the world but it is a major issue in the house of worship among ministers of the gospel.

What would you do as a believer that may have a pastor that is watching porn? Even worse, what would you do if he was involved in child pornography?

Sadly, in both cases, most church people would cover it up for fear of destroying their church’s reputation.

Sadly, God destroyed its reputation the moment people compromise to sweep under the carpet a pastor’s Secret Sexual Sins.

Even people that claim to restore pastors undercover or behind everyone’s backs. The Bible is very clear about exposing the darkness. Grace is not given to cover sin but to expose it. Exposing sin is not to be done to destroy a person but to help them realize that sin is not right in the eyes of God. There is a difference between “gossip” and Biblical restoration according to Galatians 6:1-5.

Judging falls under this category of gossip according to Matthew 7:1-5. The entire context of Matthew 7:1-5, not just verse 1.

Many churches deliberately run from confronting this issue to expose it because people are afraid to. For the most part, people want to come to church, have a good time, see a show, and go home. Confronting sexual issues in the church is not on the list because confronting any sin puts the light on the entire church membership.

Many churches want to love people and pastors but the love for them must never exceed the love for truth and mercy. Truth exposes so that a church is right. God loves truth above loving people because God must be true to Himself. He will never lie and He will never sin. Therefore, by speaking the truth in love, we expose the hidden works of darkness. We must remember that God hates sin. Therefore, we must hate sin just as God does. Otherwise, God is perverted.

Ephesians 5:8-14 says, “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore He says:
“Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.”

Paul never said not to expose it. He said it was a shame to talk about what was “done by them in secret.”

Cedric Cuthberg, pastor of an African Episcopal Church in Florida, was one of those pastors that got caught in such a sting. He pled guilty and is doing 6 years for downloading child porn.

This is a common practice to watch porn among 50% of pastors in the United States. Obviously a small percentage of pastors delve into child porn. There are approximately 300,000 protestant churches in the United States, which means that roughly 150,000 protestant churches have pastors that intentionally watch porn. According to blazinggrace.org 70% of Christians struggle with porn.

According to the late Ted Bundy, executed in 1989 for the murder of a 12 year old and responsible for 29 sex assaults and their deaths, said that porn was not the cause of his assaults and murders. Rather it was the fuel.

Many of them prepare their sermons in their “Pastor’s Study” in church. As soon as their sermon is prepared on their computer, they get this “Urge and Impulse” to watch porn on the same computer. This pastor crossed the line and downloaded child porn and that’s a crime.

Sadly, there are pastors that desire to have sexual contact with these innocent children and they make the mistake of setting themselves up. Not realizing that on the other side of the line or Internet connection is a police officer that knows how to talk the language of underage kids. Then these males go to meet them and are caught in their own web of deceit.

One of the greatest fears that I had when I was watching free porn on the Internet was that I would make the mistake of downloading child pornography. Whether intentionally or by accident. I knew that it would be a matter of time so before I made a mistake or desired to intentionally download any material, I made myself stop. Let me point out that at no time I had a desire for children. Having said that, I knew that when a person says that they do not have a desire, it is just a matter of time before the devil will tempt you.

The amount of websites for child porn is relatively small. There is approximately 100,000 websites for child porn.

The FBI is always on the look out in this relatively small community of perversion.

One former porn producer said in an interview that “child porn is the final frontier.”

What he meant by this was that after watching all the porn of adults of legal age, the desire to watch younger underaged kids do sex acts. Even worse is that these males (can’t call them men) desire to contact these kids to have sex with them. They will travel to far away exotic places where human trafficking of children is a serious issue, worldwide. Including the United States.

This is a crime. Downloading child porn is a crime and just to be in possession of any child porn will get you arrested.

Why do they watch child porn?

After watching all the adults, heterosexual and homosexual, the last level of perversion is children.

The amber alerts and child abductions is partly the reason behind what is done throughout the world.

How could a congregation discover a pastor’s child porn habits?

Many of you will disagree with what I am about to share. However, we must never disagree with the truth of God’s Word.

Hypocrisy is a leaven that must be removed and anything that has this leaven must go too.

Which would you rather have?

A hypocritical church or a church full of people that pretend to be holy but live ungodly lives?

Most people want both. A hypocritical church and people that pretend to live holy; having a form of godliness but denying its power.

But what kind of church does the Lord want?

Paul said in Ephesians 5:26-27 “…that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.”

What I am about to share is not absolute but it should be dealt with before other children are harmed and churches destroyed.

While it all depends on the situation, today, most churches are planted by the pastor, so this may be a little difficult to implement an investigatory policy.

Pastors for hire is a different story because in the vetting process, the search committee must now do the extra work of hiring a investigator, do criminal background checks, and other necessary investigations to insure that they have a pastor that is clean and without blemish.

Vetting committees that fail to do this is asking for trouble.

During the course of a hired pastors tenure, he should be subjected to unannounced periodic investigation which includes their personal devices, computers, and other instruments. The pastor’s study and all computers that is owned by the house of worship must be subjected to periodic checks for porn. The pass codes of every computer in the house of worship must be owned by a church administrator and can only be changed by the church administrator.

All church workers with computer access must be investigated as well.

Some will disagree and declare that privacy is invaded.

Well think of the child’s privacy and innocence destroyed.

Will it be your child that will go through an avoidable ordeal, or would you rather have your privacy invaded to protect them?

What about a pastor that planted a church? Accusations fly every day and if a group of people want to destroy the reputation of a pastor, it is very easy to do so. We know that false witnesses are everywhere and they jump at every opportunity to destroy a genuine work of the Lord. However, if such an accusation is brought, just go through the process of thoroughly investigating the matter.

As a pastor, I would not mind because if you have nothing to hide, then the investigation will show it. If not, then a pastor has a lot to worry about, including prison time.

After looking at the FB picture of Cedric Cuthberg, on the outside it appears that he was very much in control but you never judge a book by its cover. That’s what a rogue pastor is counting on. That you do not know what is really going on in his heart.

Secret Sexual Sins operates the same way.

As long as it is a secret, no one really knows and that means that the game of watching any form of porn continues.

As I have said many times, no one watches porn and doesn’t masturbate or act out sexually. There is no question in my mind that Cuthberg masturbates. Porn is fantasy sex. A man or a woman is pretending to have sex with that image. According to Dr. William Struthers, porn “hijacks” the brain and the person watching the porn is just going through the sexual acting out to satisfy his or her sexual urges.

Porn never leads you to less sexual acting out. It always leads to more acting out. It is not uncommon to have multiple ejaculations or orgasms. Jesus said that he that commits sin is a slave to sin. When it comes to porn, a man or a woman is a slave to dopamine. Dopamine is the reward drug that the brain desires. In essence, the chemicals that work in the body during sex is like a pharmacy. The person is using sex as a “medicinal property” to affirm, love, and satisfy themselves. This is the secondary reason why people do what they do.

The whole purpose of porn and masturbation is “the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.”

It’s all about fulfilling the lust in the flesh and mind.

It doesn’t matter what a pastor may be going through.

It’s all about fulfilling the lusts of the flesh and mind.

So the next time you go to church, there is a 50/50 chance that your pastor may be watching porn.

To eliminate the chance of this happening, get your pastor to agree to an investigation paid for by the church.

What if something is found?

Don’t sweep it under the rug.

If something is found, then the next step is to remove that pastor according to your bylaws. If the law was broken in any way, instead of being an accessory to the crime or be found to obstruct justice, call the district attorney or law enforcement. Take action immediately.

PREACHERS OF JC

If we have learned anything from this, it’s what a preacher is not supposed to look or act like regardless of whether it is scripted, staged, or coached.

What people see in the pulpit ought to be consistent with what they see in the street or in their homes. Anything else and the gospel of Jesus Christ they preach about is a farce. Your preaching must line up with your living and your living must line up with your preaching. Otherwise you are a bald face liar and the worst of hypocrites the world has ever seen.

In fact, we need to distinguish ourselves from the portrayals the world offers.

The world knows where to find the Real Preachers Of JC but they will not bother with them because there is a level of conviction and holiness that these preachers are living in that will bring their sin up in unimaginable ways. In most cases, a holy man or woman of God will not have to say a word. Their life of power, prayer, and personal integrity is enough to cause them to think about their spiritual condition outside of Christ.

“A holy man (or woman) is an awesome weapon in the hands of a holy God.”

The world wants a compromised preacher. But The Lord wants a sold out, holy preacher who will stand for the truth of God’s Word, and will speak truth regardless of the cost.

Whether it is blown out of proportion or scripted, Preachers Of LA has opened up our eyes to see what The Lord really is demanding out of His preachers.

As some of you have seen and heard Preachers Of LA has caused a stir in the world of preachers.

Several things come to mind and it is obvious that people that support this will stand for it as opposed to the truth.

As G. Craige Lewis, of EX MINISTRIES pointed out, all reality tv is scripted to portray a particular theme. It is under false pretense that gives the appearance that this is the truth. However when you are dealing with the world, you are dealing with the system of the law of sin and death, under the ruler-ship of the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience.

Paul also said in 2 Corinthians 4:4 “in whom the god of this world has blinded, the minds of those who do not believe, unless the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.”

The goal of the enemy is to reduce the viability of the gospel by presenting a small percentage of preachers that live what I call, double agent lives.

Many preachers aspire to have what they have and will do everything to pursue it.

But thank God that there is a distinction. Remember, you are only seeing a small percentage of preachers living the way the Preachers Of LA are living.

Their justification for this is perverted. It is important for you to understand that the gospel of Jesus Christ isn’t about wealth and trusting in uncertain riches, fame, and fortune.

It is about winning the lost to The Lord Jesus Christ. We must also believe that this didn’t catch God by surprise. Just like David, Samson, Gehazi, the Sorcerer in the book of Acts called Simon, and many others that sinned.

Thank God that there are preachers that are legitimate. Called and graced by God to do the work of the ministry without fanfare and the false trappings of notoriety, and riches.

In Matthew 4:23-24 the Bible says,

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon- possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.”

The word fame means “heard.” When the legitimate power of God is in operation, the fame of Jesus went around quickly. However, the sole purpose of the power of God is not just to minister to the needs of people, but to attract them back to The Lord so that people could repent of their sins.

Jesus said in Matthew 11:20-24 (NKJVS)

“Then He began to rebuke the cities in which most of His mighty works had been done, because they did not repent: “ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.”

But I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

But I say to you that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for you.”

As you could see, the reason for the gospel or good news of Jesus Christ is to draw men to repentance and faith towards God. Any other purpose is an aimless, selfish purpose. If we fail to preach the gospel in its purest form, then it is another gospel.

So when you look at shows of this nature, remember that you are not to throw every preacher under the bus and drive over them. Just know that there are hirelings and there are shenanigans, and that there are charlatans out there that will dupe you into thinking that Preachers of LA is real.

They are not real preachers. Real preachers would never “merchandise the anointing.” True, authentic, unadulterated preachers would never jeopardize the sanctity of the call of God upon their lives. Real preachers carry the weight of the voice of God that summoned them to the service of preaching the Word of God.

Real preachers live the gospel they preach. They seek no glory because the Bible says, in 1 Corinthians 1:29, “that no flesh should glory in His presence.”

The Amplified Bible says, “So that no mortal man should [have pretense for glorying and] boast in the presence of The Lord.”

So the four “E’s” of ministry must be avoided.

1. Elitism.

2. Empowerment.

3. Entitlement.

4. Expediency.

When you seek after being one of the elite preachers, or the preeminence, you are asking to be exalted in pride like the devil. When you reach the false place of elitism, you feel empowered to do anything you want against all that righteousness and wisdom stands for. You enter the dragon of entitlement. You believe that you are entitled to everything, which leads you to expediency which means of an action convenient or practical although possibly improper or immoral.

You will entertain more thoughts and suggestion of evil and cross lines you said you would never cross. This leads into committing fornication and adultery. Homosexuality and bisexuality. Impregnating women in the church that are gullible to fall for your personality instead of falling on their faces to God.

When people are attracted to your personality they are worshipping you. That’s why it is important to have pure motives for ministry. Immoral women today do not care if you are married. All they care about is getting you. And when you lead them on as a pastor, you are violating your trust as a preacher.

With these things in mind, here are 27 things that qualifies a person as one being a PREACHER OF JC.

1. Saved by Grace.

2. Repented of sin.

3. Not a novice.

4. Never compromise the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

5. Heard the voice of God call them into the service.

6. Not hungry for money, notoriety, fame, or sexual immorality.

7. Full of the Holy Spirit, faith, honesty, and walks in integrity.

8. Has a good reputation outside the church.

9. If married, is happy, satisfied, faithful, and caring.

10. Takes care of the house BEFORE taking care of the church.

11. Quick to obey God and His Word.

12. Quick to disobey the devil and resist his temptations.

13. Quick to stand for Jesus and never fall for the wiles of the world.

14. Never compromise, maintains Biblical convictions.

15. Ready to witness and shares Jesus at every opportunity.

16. Live what they preach before they preach to others.

17. Never allows sin to dominate them.

18. Never quit praying and feeding on the Word of God.

19. Knows how to love the truth of God’s Word above everything else.

20. Always looking to do those things that please the Father.

21. Lives in holiness at great expense.

22. Knows how to be measurably transparent, walks accountable to God and man.

23. Gives God ALL the glory, honor, and praise.

24. Understands the dangers of sexual sins and avoids the secret life of perversion and hypocrisy.

25. Walks in love towards the people while loving God and His Word more.

26. Walks in righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

27. Is a worshipper of the Father in spirit and in truth 24/7.

If you want to be a PREACHER OF JC – Jesus Christ, you must walk like Him. Otherwise, you are a Preacher of LAA, Lacking An Anointing.

Money & Preachers: A Potentially Lethal Combination

Money & Preachers: A Potentially Lethal Combination

When it comes to preachers and money, it is one of the most volatile subjects in the church in the United States. Looking at both sides of the argument. People sometimes want poor preachers and preachers want to live extravagant lives to avoid poverty or the appearance of poverty.

To this day, many people still believe that preachers ought not make a living off of the gospel.

If a preacher starves, lives homeless, and can’t provide for his or her family, it seems like a roar of approval is echoed without any tears of pity. It’s part of the ministry. It goes with the territory.

The more poor preachers, the better.

Then the opposite is rich preachers. Million dollar mansions. High end cars. Wives and women. You heard me right. There are preachers that have women on the side. Men preachers too, in homosexual relationships.

I believe that there should be balance. A preacher, if commanded by the Lord, is to live primarily off of the gospel of Jesus Christ, within the means of the legal definition of reasonable compensation,” then people ought not have a problem with it. But even if it were reasonable compensation, a small renegade bunch of folk will always have a problem with it.

What is the fuel for these things?

Aimlessness!

In the United States, there are many of God’s people and preachers that are walking around aimless.

What does it mean to be aimless?

Aimless means “without purpose or direction.”

When you watch preachers get involved in questionable endeavors, it begs one to ask the question. What is our purpose and direction?

The Head of the Called Out Ones gave us all the purpose and direction we need.

Matthew 28:18-20.

The Great Commission is the current “standing orders” given to His apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, for the perfecting or maturation of the saints, for the work of the service or ministry, for the edifying or building up of the edifice of the Body of Christ.

This means that if we are not busy doing exactly what the Lord commissioned us to do, then we will do what the devil wants us to do. Be busy doing everything else instead of what the Lord Jesus told us to do.

Therefore, a purposeless agenda is an agenda that obviously is unauthorized by the Lord that has no eternal value.

However, there is also a purpose with intent with bits and pieces of the gospel. Given as elements of truth to obscure the real agenda of duping the gullible saints according to Proverbs 14:15. With smooth words, the unsuspecting are told of obtaining great riches as a result of “sowing” money or goods into the man or woman of God.

There are many preachers in the United States that have built vast “empires” and there are many preachers that quietly go about their business without notice.

Yet, as they go about the business of the Father without notice, you will note that they are doing the most damage to the kingdom of darkness. Under the nose of the enemy, they are witnessing and testifying of the Lord and His gospel. People are getting into the kingdom of God. In turn, they are reproducing Jesus without fanfare and broadway lights.

They are not distracted and they want to keep it that way.

There are many preachers that want the notoriety and to be a part of the parade of the stars. Yet, we see that when these things come, the expectation of their ministries and the person heading these ministries become the focal point of attention.

The Lord Jesus experienced “fame” when He came on the scene.

Matthew 4:24-25 says,

“Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon- possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them. Great multitudes followed Him — from Galilee, and from Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan.”

The word “fame” means “heard.” In other words, the people heard about Jesus.

What we are seeing is a perverted form of fame. People are no longer attracted to the holiness or righteousness that must be evident in the lives of preachers.

People are attracted to the “bling” of preachers.

The late Dr. Oral Roberts, in his autobiography that I read, said that the Lord told him not chase after the “gold, the girls, or the glory.”

These days, you might as well add don’t touch “the gentlemen.”

Whether same sex or opposite sex.

In ministry, the glitter is litter.

In my previous blog, I shared about Kenneth Hagin’s book called “The Midas Touch.” It was a very prophetic book regarding the false teaching of the prosperity message.

Just in case you don’t understand what Midas means, it means a king of Phrygia, who, according to one story, was given by Dionysus the power of turning everything he touched into gold.”

It also means as a phrase….

the Midas touch [is] the ability to make money out of anything one undertakes.”

The same is happening among some preachers today where they believe that every thing that they touch must turn into gold. The push to be famous and rich in ministry is relentless.

Sadly, it seems like this is the only pursuit among some ministers today. This kind of perverted fame is evident in many sectors of the administration (see 1 Corinthians 12:5) of the Lord Jesus. We should not lose heart because there are a few that will not chase after uncertain riches or minister for filthy lucre or illicit gain.

In 2 Corinthians 4:1-2, Paul said “Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.”

Listen to the heart of Paul that is virtually absent in some of today’s preachers from 1 Corinthians 9:11-18.

“Do I say these things as a mere man? Or does not the law say the same also? For it is written in the law of Moses, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.” Is it oxen God is concerned about?

Or does He say it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written, that he who plows should plow in hope, and he who threshes in hope should be partaker of his hope.

If we have sown spiritual things for you, is it a great thing if we reap your material things? If others are partakers of this right over you, are we not even more?

Nevertheless we have not used this right, but endure all things lest we hinder the gospel of Christ.

Do you not know that those who minister the holy things eat of the things of the temple, and those who serve at the altar partake of the offerings of the altar?

Even so the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.

But I have used none of these things, nor have I written these things that it should be done so to me; for it would be better for me to die than that anyone should make my boasting void.

For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!

For if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I have been entrusted with a stewardship.

What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel, I may present the gospel of Christ without charge, that I may not abuse my authority in the gospel.”

It’s only in isolated places where you hear any preaching along these lines. Quite the opposite is preached because to preach anything else, it would not bring in the bacon.

If you are not making money or turning everything that you do into something that will produce money, then you are not considered successful.

Homes, cars, clothing, airplanes, large honorariums and book deals is a false measurement of success.

Big buildings, big honorariums, large groups of people to minister to.

But notice the distinguishing factor of the ministry of Jesus. The power of the Holy Spirit was upon the Lord Jesus to heal the sick, cast out devils, and heal other diseases.

In other words, Jesus had the goods. The proof of His ministry was evident.

There is indisputable evidence of the ministry of Jesus but is there the same or similar evidence in preachers today? The Lord gives us the measurement that tells us that either we have the power of God or we don’t.

Notice what Jesus said in Luke 12:48.

“But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.”

You see, it’s about what you have and what you do not have as far as God’s power is concerned.

There is no sense going to a chicken place if the chicken isn’t good.

Yet, we go to places where the power of God is non existent and there is a reason.

First, there is no living out the Word of God. There may be preaching but there may not be any living of what is preached. The power of God never flows out because one says that there is power. The evidence is when the life of the person God use is holy on the level that the Word requires.

Secondly, the power of God is not left to us to turn on and off when we want. The Holy Spirit is the One that administers the power of God as He wills, not as we will.

Thirdly, all things done must point back to the Lord Jesus and the gospel that He commissioned us to preach. The release of the power of God serves as a witness to them to repent of their sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved.

We do not have to force the issue. We do not have to put ourselves out on a limb. We do not have to advertise. When the Holy Spirit sees fit that the Word is preached, that a person’s life lines up with the Word, and the people are prepared to receive, it’s all left up to the Holy Spirit, not us.

God will not be put on the spot. He is God. Not a genie.

So people end up in places where there is a chance that God’s power might show up. If you were to count on your hand how many times you’ve seen the Lord do something spectacular, you will shock yourself.

The gospel message is very simple, yet, we have made it into something to force God to do something to prove something. God is God. He sits on the throne. He does as He pleases. He honors faith in His Word. God doesn’t owe us anything. We owe Him all.

So when it comes to money and preachers, we need to ask ourselves a couple of questions.

How long will it be until we come to our senses and be what He wants us to be instead of trying to make God be something? And when will we cry out for balance?

Stopping The Peep Show In The Mind (Failure Is Not An Option)

Men are constantly tempted. However, it’s not just the temptation that one has to be concerned about. Every man must be concerned about the lust that lurks within the mind and body. With the combination of lust in the hearts of males and the women wearing clothing (or tight fitting, low cleavage, high flirty skirt clothes) that leaves nothing to the imagination, it behooves the righteous males to be even more diligent with our personal conduct.

There are certain lines that men will cross. Every man is different. Some will just stay with porn and masturbation because the risks to engage a person sexually is high for that male.

What’s the risks?

Relationship.

Males fear relationships because it involves commitment and compromise.

For other males, they will cross the line to engage a woman for sex only. Even women do the same. Predominantly, they do not fear relationships, however, some are not ready YET, to get married, but some, not all, will engage a man sexually, and call it a day. Whether it is a one night stand or multiple partners.

It’s called fornication, or illegal sex.

Pathetically, males will go to great lengths to encounter underage girls.

Nonetheless, one of the stops for a male on the sexual hit parade is the peep shows. A male doesn’t have to actually go to a peep show facility because outside these peep shops are women that dress scantily and in most cases, they leave nothing for the imagination.

Blame must be imposed on both genders. Sadly, when normal attraction is perverted, we allow ourselves to be taken to the places of the extreme. When a person wants attention, some people will pull out all the stops to impress. It is also true that the exercise of femininity is a power women use over males. Not just to attract attention but to make them into “sugar daddy’s.”

In some ways, it is a form of unfettered slavery where a male cannot help himself. In order to have that kind of woman sexually, males will spend an enormous amount of money.

So males will engage in the mental peep show.

James, the first bishop of the assembly in Jerusalem wrote about the simple process of temptation.

“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.”

James speaks of falling “into various trials.”

Please note that he said……”when.”

Notice this in the Greek.

“g3986. πειρασμός peirasmos; from 3985; a putting to proof (by experiment (of good), experience (of evil), solicitation, discipline or provocation); by implication, adversity:— temptation, x try.”

Now notice these notes that accompanied the definition.

  1. The trial of man’s fidelity, integrity, virtue, constancy an enticement to sin, temptation, whether arising from the desires or from the outward circumstances.
  2. an internal temptation to sin of the temptation by which the devil sought to divert Jesus the Messiah from his divine errand of the condition of things.
  3. or a mental state, by which we are enticed to sin, or to a lapse from the faith and holiness.
  4. adversity, affliction, trouble: sent by God and serving to test or prove one’s character, faith, holiness.
  5. temptation ( i. e. trial) of God by men rebellion against God, by which his power and justice are, as it were, put to the proof and challenged to show themselves.

Yet, the root of trials is “test.”

So when it comes to sexual temptations, it’s a test.

Jesus let’s us know where the “test” begins.

Jesus said in Matthew 5:27-30,

“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery. ’But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.”

Notice how the Lord started off about “You shall not commit adultery.”

All of a sudden you feel safe. You didn’t touch another man’s wife or have illegal sex with a single woman while you are married, however, the Lord took it further.

“whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

That pretty much knocks out a vast majority of us males.

If at one point or another, we’ve all intentionally look at a woman to lust after her in our hearts. It is considered by the Lord as adultery.

So the root cause of adultery resides in the heart of a man. The fallen nature of man is prone to lust. Lust is defined in most places of the NT as “longing for that which is prohibited or forbidden.”

Jeremiah 17:9-10 says,

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; Who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.”

The true measure of a person’s salvation is never determined by just what a person says. You must also consider how a person “acts” or their “deeds” and “thoughts.”

So the person’s heart is the source of man.

Notice what Proverbs 4:23 said.

“Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it (the heart) spring the issues of life.”

So when a man commits adultery in his heart, he has failed to “keep his heart with all diligence.”

Notice what the apostle John said in 1 John 5:19.

“We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.”

So the next question is “How does a male keep himself or keep his heart?

Psalm 119:9 gives an answer.

“How shall a young man cleanse his way, by taking heed there unto according to Your Word.”

“Taking heed” is equivalent to obeying the Word of God.

The NLT says this of that Psalm.

“How can a young person stay pure? By obeying Your Word.”

So as long as a man obeys the Word of God, he can stay pure before God.

How can this work?

1 Corinthians 10:13 gives the answer.

“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”

There is a variety of ways that the Holy Spirit makes a way of escape, however, the primary way of escape is complete and total obedience to the prompting of the Holy Spirit in strict, immediate, and unconditional obedience to the Word of God in the moment of temptation.

This is where many males fail to become men.

Instead of falling into the presence of The Lord, males fall into Secret Sexual Sins.

Dr. Archibald Hart said that if you occupy the mind for 15 minutes, you would be able to alter the course of thinking about sex. Paul said that we are to “renew the mind” and be “renewed in the spirit of your mind.”

You must take charge of your mind and what is trafficked in the mind. Yes, with the help of the Holy Spirit, you can become the traffic cop in the mind to stop the peep show.

We are tested every day. How we mature and what we do about every temptation is the true tale of the tape. The male mind is “wired for intimacy or sex” according to Dr. William Struthers. That’s why we can think about sex on the subway, car, or bus, and get an erection.

Many of you will ask, “How did Jesus do it?”

Well, the Bible tells us that He was “tempted in all points as we are, yet without sin.”

I call this the “Sexual Discipline Of Jesus.”

If Jesus was tempted like we are in “ALL POINTS,” then there were multiple moments when thoughts about perversion and sexual immorality attempted to enter His mind, but He didn’t yield to these perverted thoughts. During the temptation of Jesus in the wilderness by the devil, The Lord understood that to fall into any temptation in thought, deed, and words, He would be disqualified.

Not only disqualified, being that He was the Lamb of God to take away the sin of the world, perhaps, there would have been no one to take away His sin should He sin. So the stakes to remain pure were high. Yet, He dealt a dispatching blow to every temptation.

How did Jesus do it?

He prayed when tempted or He immediately confronted the tempter. This is something that must be initiated. To be passive about attacking temptation only opens the door to love sin more than you love God.

Jesus got up early in the morning or after He finished ministering, He headed to the mountains to seek the face of God. The Holy Spirit made a way of escape in the place of prayer. Fellas, we need to do the same thing. We need to escape and pray to seek the face of God in the moment of temptation.

Men, we can do the same thing like Jesus. Fight temptation by acting quickly, and without hesitation.

Part two to follow.

Pastoral 40 YEAR Coverup Scandal: Bishop Paul S. Morton

Another old news became new news.

Sometimes, folk do not understand that the Lord is serious about Luke 12:2 and Ephesians 5:11-14. It may have happened 40 years ago, but to deliberately keep it a secret for 40 years, leads many to believe that as long as no one knows about it, a person’s reputation is safe.

I’m never in agreement when it comes to laying out the laundry of ministers, however, the laundry was already out when the sin was committed. The thing that many will say, and it is expected, “Don’t judge or you will be judged.”

I’ve already been down this path and my sins of porn and masturbation are all out there for the world to see. Because the Lord delivered me, Matthew 7:2-5 now applies.

For all you “Don’t judge” people, you need to read the rest of what Jesus said in Matthew 7 and be very careful. If you are not willing to put your sins on the table on this level like many of us did, HOLD YOUR PEACE and walk away quickly.

Bishop Paul S. Morton acknowledged committing fornication and had a daughter out of wedlock. This occurred over 40 years ago.

On Obnoxious’ blog, I copied and pasted a response and said that we are to “put this to rest.”

I made an egregious error. I erred.

Let’s not put this to rest. Not so fast.

We can’t let this rest because the people of God need to see what we’ve been talking about that is prevalent in the Body of Christ.

It is evident that he kept this a secret in hopes that he would maintain his personal reputation. In an interview, he admitted it and that he made a mistake. However, as I have said before, there is a difference between a mistake and deliberate sin.

Obnoxioustv’s Blog apparently uncovered the information and essentially forced Bishop Morton to come clean about the issue. It is also clear that Bishop Morton ordained Eddie Long as a Bishop. In stunning fashion, Paul S. Morton openly rebuked Eddie Long and demanded that Eddie Long come clean. Requesting that Eddie Long return phone calls to answer for Eddie Long’s alleged sins with young boys went unanswered.

So we are seeing a constant pattern among ministers lacking integrity. Keep it covered and no one will know. Bring the sins of others to light but keep your sins hidden. Luke 12:2 is there for a reason.

On a video link provided by Obnoxioustv’s blog, Paul S. Morton confessed to the “mistake.” The thing that I will never understand is when it comes to the sins of others, why do preachers call it a sin but when it comes to the sins of spiritual leaders, why do we call it a mistake?

I guess in the infamous words of Creflo Dollar, “He had a train wreck.”

The trail of sexual immorality among ministers is long and getting longer.

We are seeing that the Lord is serious about Ephesians 5:26-27.

The clarion call to live sanctified lives is getting louder.

Isaiah 52:11 says,

Depart! Depart! Go out from there,

Touch no unclean thing;

Go out from the midst of her,

Be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.

A few years ago, I did say that more scandals are to come. The Lord is revealing the root cause of why LGBT is successful.

It was a two pronged effort.

One, wait for the ministers that lived holy and sanctified lives to leave the scene either by retirement or that they go home to be with the Lord, and two, let the Secret Sexual Sins of existing ministers bring themselves down.

EXMinistries by G. Craige Lewis and Tetaun Moffett uncovered in their Thieves In The Temple Series the type of “praise and worship” that is hot among many “churches.”

The “Partay” atmosphere of church is something of grave concern.

The two things that are prevalent in all scandals is the kind of music one listens to and the kind of sexual immorality that is coupled to certain music ministers.

Why is this connected?

Paul S. Morton has put out many praise and worship albums. While there is nothing to suspect in terms of sexual immorality and the music he and his ministry put out, yet, the secrecy of sexual sins in his life is seemingly connected to that which is supposed to be sacred. The devil doesn’t mind if we have a party atmosphere in church, so long as we never live lives of integrity, honesty, and holiness unto the Lord. It is one thing to commit sins before one is saved on this level. When a person gets saved, as far as the Lord is concerned, it is forgiven.

However, when it comes to the child out of wedlock that is unheard of until one is forced to share, the obviously deliberate secrecy is deception. It would be one thing to forget the unintentional oversight of mentioning the child, now over 40 years ago, but to deliberately hide the “mistake,” is the very thing that should not be hidden.

This means that all across America, there may be pastors with children and the people they minister to have no knowledge about it.

We must learn how to deliberately live in holiness instead of living deliberately in defiance of what the Lord said to us.

The sacredness of music is almost non existent because the sanctification and sanctity of the person is in question. The sound of the world is in the sound and heart of the church. So much so that we can’t distinguish between what is sacred and what is unholy.

We no longer know how to worship the Father “in spirit and in truth.”

We just know how to worship with our lips because our hearts are far from the Father. We worship from afar because we worship the sin that the Father is against. With ease, we lift our hands but with the same hands, we use them to sin against the Lord.

The music used to carry distinction, however, because people are in search of a new sound instead of looking to the Lord to refresh and revive us. We are found looking to the world to “help” us out.

When we look to the world to help us out, we carry into our house the thing that the Lord detests. We bring the perversion, the sins, the lusts of the flesh and mind. We bring the attitude of defiance against the Lord with us when we worship God.

Along with a new sound is the very thing that God sent His Son to die for. That is why the power of the gospel is of no effect. The very God we claim to worship is not being worshipped at all. The very thing that God hates is being worshipped.

It is like carrying the ark of the covenant in a new cart.

Notice what 2 Samuel 6:1-8 says,

Again David gathered all the choice men of Israel, thirty thousand. And David arose and went with all the people who were with him from Baale Judah to bring up from there the ark of God, whose name is called by the Name, the Lord of Hosts, who dwells between the cherubim.

So they set the ark of God on a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill; and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drove the new cart. And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab, which was on the hill, accompanying the ark of God; and Ahio went before the ark.

Then David and all the house of Israel played music before the Lord on all kinds of instruments of fir wood, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on sistrums, and on cymbals.

And when they came to Nachon’s threshing floor, Uzzah put out his hand to the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen stumbled. Then the anger of the Lord was aroused against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his error; and he died there by the ark of God. And David became angry because of the Lord’s outbreak against Uzzah; and he called the name of the place Perez Uzzah to this day.”

Mind you also that Paul S. Morton is a great singer and his assembly has a great praise and worship atmosphere.

Thanks be to God that the assembly of God is not living in the OT.

Today, the presence of the Lord is not among most of the saints. Through music, we have found a way to make a sound feel holy while the vessels playing or singing what was to be sacred remain incredibly and unapologetically compromised.

An unrepentant attitude has camped in the house of worship.

The party kind of music is reminiscent of the “rise up and play” attitude of the children of Israel when Moses went up Mt. Sinai to see the Lord. The people forced Aaron to make a golden calf and they rose up to play (see Exodus chapter 32).

From the time they left Egypt to the time they received the Ten Commandments, the Lord was teaching them not to go in the way of the nation they left.

For the 40 years that Paul S. Morton kept his Secret Sexual Sins a secret, he was allowed to minister. Living under the cover and cloak of darkness, his rise to prominence made him appear holy and righteous from the start. I know what this is when I was walking in hypocrisy in the sin of porn and masturbation.

We make ourselves out to be innocent when we were guilty all along. We failed to live holy lives before the Lord and the covers came off for Bishop Morton.

The sound of the Lord was getting closer and the Lord warned me. He said to me, “Come Clean. Or be exposed.”

One person said “if you expose it, you keep your job. If God exposes it, you lose your job.”

I know what Romans 11:29 says, “The gifts and callings of God are without repentance.” It means that God never revokes His gifts and callings. However, when it comes to ministers that sin, they are revoked.

Case in point. All you have to do is look at Saul. He sinned against God and God was sorry that He made him king. Look at Asa when he trusted in Syria to stop Israel. Asa died with disease in his feet. Look at Judas when he betrayed Jesus. Judas’ betrayal was so intense that he hated himself and hung himself. The Lord Jesus said that it would have been better if he had not been born.

All these men had their place removed and their gift revoked. Almost every preacher that sinned against God and continued in sin in defiance will experience the same thing. They will never operate in the anointing and grace they once enjoyed.

Even the ministry the Lord gave me is operating under a diminished capacity because I defied God. There is no way to regain that which the Lord initially gave because God never rewards those that defy His Word.

It is fool hearty to assume that the Lord gives more grace when you defied it.

It would be one thing to sin before you came into the kingdom and the Lord forgives you. It’s another thing to sin afterwards and assume that the Lord rewards it. The Lord would have to apologize to every one He’s judged.

What can we learn from this?

The place of secrets is not going to remain secret. It is best to leave it all on the table for all to see. For soon, it will come to light. Over our shoulder is the Lord and when we defy Him, we deliberately choose to hide the very thing that He detests.

It is to be noted that Paul S. Morton did the honorable thing. He provided child support, however, when you read his ministerial biography, there is no note of this child out of wedlock and the mother, who passed away of cancer. The neat nice package of our ministries is what we want people to see because any hint of sin will drive people away.

LGBT/ABORTION: Prayer Against Sexual Immorality & The War Against Intercessors

Paul said, “Pray for us…”

There is a war against prayer that is intense. When there is a concerted effort to stop prayer, it is an indication that the devil is feeling the pressure in the heavenlies. When the IRS questioned conservative groups to see what they are praying, it is clear that the devil is attempting to stop prayer. Intimidation is being used to bring fear to the saints. When the child of God begin to take arms in the place of prayer, you are going to see a concerted effort of demonic forces come against the church to stop prayer.

Just as when Nero had all the Christians executed by way of the lions and other methods. If the Christians weren’t doing their job, they would have left them alone, but when you are having an affect, the devil will do everything necessary to stop you from affecting his works of darkness.

When Secretary of the Navy, Ray Mabus announced that all pornography is to be removed from ships, shore installations, and all Navy Exchanges, this is a significant blow to the forces of darkness.

This underscores a tremendous victory to rid humans of some of the vilest forms of perversion known to man.

The late Ted Bundy, executed in January of 1989 was interviewed by Dr. James Dobson, Bundy admitted that porn was not the source of violent sexual assault. It was the fuel.

Prayer is what disrupted the ongoing problem of sexual assault in the Navy. Prayer is what will disrupt the ongoing problem of sexual perversion in the United States. If the saints would continue to pray, we will see victories like this everywhere.

For with God, all things are possible.
LGBT doesn’t mind fussing and arguing with people so long as it distracts them from praying. We are not only to converse with the people in the world, but we must also pray.

It doesn’t mean that we walk away from one to do the other. We balance it all out as we are led by the Holy Spirit. We converse with the world and we pray.

The devil is a murderer and he cares not for those that love the Lord. The devil will not shed a tear when an intercessor has fallen.

When the Lord comes in vengeance to avenge all that the devil and his angels have done, and when the saints come with Him in glory, shed not a tear nor pity the devil and his angels.

Spare not the sword on the day of vengeance. Hold nothing back. Leave nothing on the table. For all who are enemies of our God will feel His wrath. The unrighteous that side in with the devil will feel His wrath too. For sin is rebellion against the holy God of heaven and earth.

Prayer is the weapon that the devil has no defense for. The God of prayer hears the prayers of His anointed ones. What if our prayers prayed on earth weren’t answered? What happens when prayer is not answered? They are returned to the earth as judgment (see Revelation 5:3 and 8:3-4).
There is another effort in the heavenlies.

To kill off the intercessors.

To stop them by any means necessary. It is there that we are seeing people that wage war are struck with debilitating diseases. To kill off anyone that dare seek the face of God that stand on the behalf of those who need the power of God.

Even intercessors need intercessors.

They are called to go into the dark places of the realm of the spirit with the Holy Spirit to wrestle with the forces of darkness for the souls of men and women.

The intercessor needs intercessors.
The combat is fierce in places where there is to be a difference made. That’s why the abortion industry is the place of considerable warfare. That’s why the LGBT agenda is as fierce as it is.

Because behind the scenes the war is intensifying. The saints that have fallen in battle are being replenished and if the battle is won or lost, it’s because we take up the battle or others fail to take up the battle.

In most places called churches, where there is ineffective praying, there is defeat. The power of a child of God in prayer is the devil’s worst nightmare. Ineffective praying is a result of not hearing from the Spirit of God to pray.

That’s why there is a battle in the airwaves. The media has a stronghold in the minds of men to pervert their thinking. Even the child of God is caught in the warfare unknowingly. It is a major distraction to the child of God that fails to see that the enemy is doing everything necessary to stop you from hooking up with the Holy Spirit to pray.

Some fail to realize that prayer is just putting a petition before God that is already answered, but God needs an intercessor. One who will seek the face of God to get the job done. Should an intercessor fall, will another take up the slack? Will another wage war in the heavenlies?
Where there is no prayer, the devil has peace. The devil’s that are assigned to stop prayer have no rest when the God of heaven sends the angels to assist in the opening up of the heaven lies where the God of heaven dictates His will and His way.
Isaiah said…”I will do all My pleasure.”
However, the Lord needs an intercessor to pray His will in the earth. All answers to prayer are prepared because God births an intercessor to pray specifically what God wants in the earth.

These intercessors hold on to the horns of the altar because they see what God sees. The hear it by the Holy Spirit and begin to take hold of prayer. The Holy Spirit takes hold together against the forces of darkness and pulls them from their assignment.

The assignment of demons and men that are connected by nature to demons is to stop the will of God at any cost.
Prayer is the ultimate battle that requires perseverance, patience, and above all, tenacity to see it through.
Quit praying, and the battle may be lost.
Moses was able to stand and hold his hands up because Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses. Israel prevailed because someone stood with the leader to hold him up in prayer. That’s what interceding is all about. HELP.

Moses needed help and they came to his aid to hold up his arms until the will of God was completed.

Saints, we are on the verge of seeing tremendous victories as a result from prayer and there is nothing that the devil can do about it.
In the schools, teachers that were allowed to pray is what kept some of the things that are happening today from taking place. That’s because the God of prayer heard their cry.

Morality is lost because there are very few teachers that would defy the law to pray. God was removed from the schools when they banished teachers from leading prayer. I believe that prayer is on the verge of returning.

Prayer is what keeps the saints involved in the activities of the realm of the spirit to wrestle with the dark forces that come against the church.

The denominations must return to the place of prayer to force darkness out. Pastors must be men and women of prayer to seek the face of God to intercede on behalf of those that need the power of God’s intervention.

Prayer is needed to intervene for those that can’t intervene for themselves. The God of prayer is looking for people willing to stand in the gap and see the hand of God move on earth like never before.

10 Deadly Sins Of Leaders Falling Into Secret Sexual Sins: Failure To Develop Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical Strength Resistance.

As time progress, leaders must be watchful in all things. When coming out of the snares of sexual sins, they must learn themselves in the natural. As long as we are alive on this planet, it is a smart thing to learn your sexual tendencies, habits, patterns, practices, rituals, and routines.

The smarter you become about how you are tempted, the better you are able to develop resistance against the next level of temptation. As you have engaged in sin, you have incorporated unhealthy sexuality. Now that you have come from the darkness into the light of Christ, you now have to incorporate healthy sexuality in terms of choices and decisions.

As The Preacher said, “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven…a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing.”

The half brother of the Lord Jesus, James, tells us that we are to “Submit ourselves therefore to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you.”

Peter says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, stedfast in the faith…”

As you put distance from the last time you’ve grieved the Lord, you should not waste time waiting to be tempted to get ready. As soon as the last sin is over, your mind and body is planning a comeback. When habits, patterns, and routines aren’t broken, then the mind plans another round of sin.

That’s where you will find that your repentance has sticking or staying power or you were just playing.

Repentance is always the starting point after sin, but very few make an aggressive plan to fight the next temptation. When your sin is still “fresh in you flesh,” these are the most difficult moments to make a stand. That’s why you have to identify “trigger mechanisms” that set things off in your mind and flesh to start you down the path of resuming business as usual.

If you are married, porn and masturbation went from recreation to “can’t live without it.”

So, lets start with breaking this sin first. You repent. You sensed that the Lord forgave you. You receive forgiveness and you feel like a new man. You promise not to sin that sin again.

Now what?

You now set yourself to keep that promise.

Psalm 119:9-11 says….

“How shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your Word. With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandment. Your Word have I hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.”

How are you going to stop from breaking your promise to God?

The question is answered with a question.

“How shall a young man cleanse his way?”

The response is simple, yet, profound.

“By taking heed according to Your Word.

From the point of the promise to never sin that sin again, you have to cleanse your way.”

In Matthew 7, Jesus likens a person that hear His sayings and does them as a wise man that builds his house on a rock. As long as you hear the Word of God and then do the Word of God, the house you build is secure. Now mind you, the storms of life will come. Rain will descend, floods will come, and the winds will beat upon your house, BUT…..it will remain standing because the foundation is solid. You built your house on a rock.

Doing the Word after hearing the Word is the building of the house upon a rock.

James tells us to….“Be doers of the Word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”

Here is a key…Do the Word and not do porn and masturbation.

Paul said this in Romans chapter 6…..“And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.”

Paul also said this in the 12th chapter of Romans…..”But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lust.”

Instead of making provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lust, make provision for the spirit to worship God in spirit and in truth.

We easily submit to the heated sexual moments that run rampant through our minds. When this occurs, this is the opportunity to remember the promise you made to God not to sin that sin again. This is the moment that the Holy Spirit will work with you in your weak moment to give you strength to overcome temptation. Sometimes you do not have to go places to be tempted. All you have to do is remember habits, rituals, cycles, practices.

I find that when I do remember these sinful habits, the Holy Spirit brings to my attention 1 Corinthians 10:13 and 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.

So I submit to God.

If you hesitate, that’s the ill fated moment the devil was waiting for.

During my time of subsequent relapses in mid 2012, it’s those moments that I let my guard down (not porn but masturbation).

When the situations of life come at you, you think about relief and feeling good, sex will do that according to Dr. Archibald Hart who wrote the book on The Sexual Man. When life comes at you and you are not vigilant, that’s when the flesh and mind wanders from the commandments of the Lord. When you are not practicing the presence of the Lord, your spirit man is weak.

Proverbs 24:10 says…..

“If you faint in the day of adversity your strength is small.”

So how do I build my strength up to withstand in the moment of temptation?

Prayer and obeying the Word. You must be ruthless on your flesh and mind (see 1 Corinthians 9:27 and Colossians 3:5).

If you practice His presence within you, you will “take up your cross and follow Him.” Living the crucified life requires the measure and level of Paul’s life. “I die daily.”

The urges and impulses that operate within you were put there by the Lord, but when Adam fell into sin, they became perverted. After being born again, the mind and flesh now has to commit to doing righteousness. Spirit, soul, and body must now work in unison with the Holy Spirit to obey the Word of God on a moment’s notice. The enemy will not waste time with you. Each moment counts. When you submit yourself without hesitation, that means you have put on the armor of light and you are ready to do battle.

Submission is where it all begins. Submission to God through His Word.

Afterwards, you must be vigilant. You have to watch your every thought. You have to watch where you put your hands at night. You have to do what is necessary to keep your promise not to grieve the Lord in sin. Then, you have to spend time strengthening your heart, mind, and flesh to withstand temptation.

This is accomplished by a variety of means. Very few will win the battle against temptation who constantly feeds on the world and starves themselves of the Word. The more Word you feed on, the more of the world gets starved out of you. Remember, your heart is like a field. Whatever seed is planted, that is what will manifest as a harvest.

Paul said this is Galatians 6……

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.”

That’s the difference between victory and defeat.

Whatever you feed on is the difference. How much time you spend in either will be the difference. As you feed on the world your spirit man grows weaker and will never be able to withstand in the evil day. As you feed on the Word, your spirit man grows stronger and will be able to withstand in the evil day.

Paul also speaks of renewing the mind and the spirit of our minds. If you preoccupy your mind with things of the flesh, your mind will resume habits, rituals, cycles, and practices. To break these things, you must renew the mind. Renovate the mind. Redo the mind with the Word of God.

You have to make a conscious decision to put into practice having the mind of Christ. As long as you do these things, you will master the mind and flesh, and victory, by the help of the Holy Spirit, is achievable.
