Pastors & Porn. Why Am I Addicted?

It’s the secret sin that most male pastors are ashamed of, but it’s done because no one knows. Or so you thought.

Sexual immorality, especially with porn, is without question the stronghold of strongholds.

What’s the driving factor?

Lust in the heart. The desire to look at someone with lust.

The Lord Jesus revealed why men commit adultery.

Matthew 5:27-28 (NKJV) “You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

The word “lust” from Strong’s Dictionary of Biblical Words mean…..g1937. ἐπιθυμέω epithymeō; from 1909 and 2372; to set the heart upon, i.e. long for (rightfully or otherwise): — covet, desire, would fain, lust (after).

To set the heart upon, to long for.

It takes less than a second for a man or woman to set their eyes on someone that they see.

The sexual attraction is so strong that if we’re not careful, looking to admire quickly deepens into look with the intent to lust, to set your heart upon the object.

To long to have him or her sexually.

2 Samuel 11:1-5 (NKJV) “It happened in the spring of the year, at the time when kings go out to battle, that David sent Joab and his servants with him, and all Israel; and they destroyed the people of Ammon and besieged Rabbah.

But David remained at Jerusalem.

Then it happened one evening that David arose from his bed and walked on the roof of the king’s house.

And from the roof he saw a woman bathing, and the woman was very beautiful to behold.

So David sent and inquired about the woman.

And someone said, “Is this not Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?”

Then David sent messengers, and took her; and she came to him, and he lay with her, for she was cleansed from her impurity; and she returned to her house.

And the woman conceived; so she sent and told David, and said, “I am with child.”

So what really happened?

James 1:14-15 (NKJV) “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.

Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.”

David did one thing. He stayed in Jerusalem. There’s a convincing reason that David stayed in Jerusalem.

Is it possible that David saw her and wanted to see her again? Only this time, to fulfill his lusts?

Is it possible that he knew that Bathsheba would be there? Is it possible that his timing was so perfect, that he knew? He had a bird’s eye view of where she would be.

Now Uriah was doing battle. How convenient.

At this point, David had five wives.

Proverbs 27:20 (NKJV) “Hell and Destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied.”

David had lust in his heart. He set his heart upon the body of Bathsheba. He longed for the body of Bathsheba. He coveted Bathsheba’s body.

Long story short, David did exactly what the Lord Jesus said not to do.

“…But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

David committed adultery with her in his heart and set his possible preconceived plan in motion. Lust in his heart overwhelmed him. He slew Goliath, but lust in David’s heart was stronger than Goliath.

Here’s the reason.

According to Dr. Struthers, porn hijacks the brain.

Looking at women to lust after them hijacks the brain. When the man allows himself to be completely obsessed with lust, it’s for the purpose of self gratification.

The sexual “juices flow” where you must fulfill that lust in orgasmic pleasure. Where there is no fulfillment in orgasm, the lust is unfulfilled.

Within the confines of marriage, there’s no lust. Within the confines of marriage, orgasmic pleasure was designed by God, and commanded to be done in marriage.

Sex in marriage between one biological male one biological female is perfectly legal.

It’s when you have shifted your eyes in lust that sin is committed.

The conscience is pricked, but a man and woman knows how to suppress the conviction of sin.

Lust took David to a place where it cost him more that he’s willing to pay. Took him further than he’s willing to go.

Three sins were committed.

  1. Lust.
  2. Murder.

Exodus 20:13-14 (NKJV) “You shall not murder. “You shall not commit adultery.

3. You shall not covet.

Exodus 20:17 (NKJV) “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

Then the news.

Bathsheba was pregnant with David’s child. David thought about Uriah. If he could get Uriah to have sex with his wife, then all is covered. But Uriah was so loyal to David that he refused to even go home.

That didn’t work out so well for David.

Then David put Uriah on the frontline of the hottest battle where he knew Uriah couldn’t stay alive. The servant broke the news that Uriah died in battle. David thought he would be home free. He took Bathsheba in and all is covered.

Deep down, you kinda knew that God saw this before the world began.

It took Nathan the prophet to uncover the plot.

Psalm 51 is the “Adulterer’s Psalm.”

The addiction comes out of lust.

2 Samuel 12:9 (NKJV) “Why have you despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in His sight?”

To sin against God is to despise the commandment of the Lord.

To despise means to de-esteem, to ignore, regard with contempt.

A man after God’s own heart, ignored the commandment of the Lord in his heart.

David paid for his sin.

2 Samuel 12:11-15 (NKJV) “Thus says the LORD: ‘Behold, I will raise up adversity against you from your own house; and I will take your wives before your eyes and give them to your neighbor, and he shall lie with your wives in the sight of this sun.

For you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, before the sun.'”

So David said to Nathan, “I have sinned against the LORD.”

And Nathan said to David, “The LORD also has put away your sin; you shall not die. However, because by this deed you have given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also who is born to you shall surely die.” Then Nathan departed to his house.

Did it take all that for David to recognized that he had sinned against the Lord?

Yes. The self delusion was that deep.

Pastor. If you don’t catch yourself, it’s just a matter of time.

As a deflective argument, people will accuse God of killing a child because David was the one that sinned against God. Why take it out on the child?

God is God. He does as it pleases Him.

But look at what happened.

The enemies heard that God was with David and David blew his testimony.

The enemies can now say that David and Israel isn’t as righteous as they claim to be.

Doesn’t this sound like today when a pastor commits adultery? The world brings a serious accusation against God and His people. Everyone is blamed. And then when we try to share the gospel to them, they reject it because we’ve disdained the very commandment that we claim to live by.

Plus, the child would have been viewed as an endorsement for such behavior.

Was Bathsheba raped? Did she resist? Did she fight off David and his men? Did she cry in the streets that what David had done was wrong? Because David is the king, could it be that she willingly submitted to the king to avoid making a scene? Or because she may not have known the law that both the male and female committing adultery are to be put to death?

Leviticus 20:10 (NKJV) “The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress, shall surely be put to death.”

It would be understandable if some of the women that had sexual immorality with these men also be exposed. Sadly, women are taken against their will. Deceived by men claiming to be of God. Then there’s women that will use it to their advantage and sue the sinning pastors for child support.

The Word is clear that pornography is lust. So why are you addicted?

Uncontrolled lust in the heart. Lust must be crucified and it was crucified on the cross when God laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Then we have to choose to crucify the lust in our heart. Paul said…….

Colossians 3:5-7 (NKJV) “Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.”

Romans 6:12-14 (NKJV) “Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.”

Stop allowing porn to run your life. Do not let lust in your heart have dominion over you, for you are not under the law but under grace.

Sexual Abuse: It Won’t Be The Last

Back in 2009, when the Lord almost exposed my porn habit, I’ve repented from the sin of lusting after the flesh. It was the mercy of God that prevented my life from being snatched by God in sin.

Then I did a study on why I did what I’ve done. After this study, the Lord constantly exposed preacher after preacher.

Then I looked, and understood that “It won’t be the last.”

We don’t take pleasure in the exposure of a church or denomination, but when the fear of the Lord is missing, it’s very easy to allow and excuse sin.

Ecclesiastes 8:11-13 (NKJV) “Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him. But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God.”

1 Corinthians 10:12 (NKJV) “Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.”

The Southern Baptist Church on paper, looked like a stellar denomination. Recently it fought against CRT (critical race theory), homosexuality, abortion, and other issues.

It’s the largest Protestant denomination with 14 million members.

But like the Catholics, the Jehovah’s Witness, and certain non denominational Word of Faith places, sexual scandals emerged. Among their highest leaders, they’ve kept sexual abuse a secret……………….for 20 plus years.

You think that they Lord would keep it a secret?

If you take a look at The Book of The Revelation of Jesus Christ, 5 of 7 churches had issues. The church at Thyatira. A pastor allowed a female to teach sexual immorality. She called herself a prophetess. The Lord Jesus called her Jezebel.

In the OT, Jezebel from the Sidonians, was married to Ahab.

1 Kings 16:30-31 (NKJV) “Now Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of the LORD, more than all who were before him. And it came to pass, as though it had been a trivial thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took as wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal, king of the Sidonians; and he went and served Baal and worshiped him.”

If you read about the history of Ethbaal, he took power by violence. He killed his rival and assumed power. She learned her lesson well from her father that to keep power, you use death and sexual immorality.

1 Kings 18:17-19 (NKJV)

Then it happened, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said to him, “Is that you, O troubler of Israel?” And he answered, “I have not troubled Israel, but you and your father’s house have, in that you have forsaken the commandments of the LORD and have followed the Baals. Now therefore, send and gather all Israel to me on Mount Carmel, the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal, and the four hundred prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel’s table.”

Who is Asherah?

Glad you’ve asked.

Asherah is a Canaanite goddess.

According to Smith’s Bible Dictionary, “Asherah- means “straight.” Idol of the Phoenician goddess (2 Kings 21:7; 23:6). Grove in the KJV. Perhaps a head or bust on a straight pillar.”

Make no mistake about it that almost anytime you deal with goddesses, sexual immorality is very close, if not, at the top of the list when it comes to idol worship.

I’ve often wondered what made idol worship so attractive?

Why would I offer sacrifice to a god or goddess?

There has to be an incentive. An attractive incentive.

2 Kings 23:4-7 (NKJV)

“And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, the priests of the second order, and the doorkeepers, to bring out of the temple of the LORD all the articles that were made for Baal, for Asherah, and for all the host of heaven; and he burned them outside Jerusalem in the fields of Kidron, and carried their ashes to Bethel.

Then he removed the idolatrous priests whom the kings of Judah had ordained to burn incense on the high places in the cities of Judah and in the places all around Jerusalem, and those who burned incense to Baal, to the sun, to the moon, to the constellations, and to all the host of heaven.

And he brought out the wooden image from the house of the LORD, to the Brook Kidron outside Jerusalem, burned it at the Brook Kidron and ground it to ashes, and threw its ashes on the graves of the common people.

Then he tore down the ritual booths of the perverted persons that were in the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the wooden image.”

Now when you see Asherah again in another portion of Scripture, the rule is, you let Scripture interpret Scripture.

In this passage, Josiah is the king that is bringing reform to the nation of Israel. It was Josiah that tore down everything that wasn’t of the Lord.

But did you take note of the “booths?’

We all know that all you have to do is put two and two together. In this case, homosexuals were in these “booths.”

Back in the day, in NYC, on 42 Street and in other areas around it, there would be “booths.” Peep shows. All sorts of sexual immorality would be in these places.

But notice that in the Scripture, women would weave hangings for “wooden image.” Now you’re left up to imagine what these wooden images were.

Imagine no further. They were of a graphic sexual nature. Phallic symbol.

The reason I’m bringing these Scriptures to light is to show the interconnectedness of sexual immorality. That even in the house of worship, there is no ‘worship that’s in “spirit and in truth.”

Hidden in these places is the depths of sexual immorality.

Three things are happening.

ONE………. God is exposing the earth with the light of truth.

Luke 12:2 (NKJV) “For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.”

Hebrews 4:13 (NKJV) “And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”

Romans 14:10-12 (NKJV) “But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written:
“As I live, says the LORD,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”

“So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.”

Our hidden secrets will be exposed.

Romans 2:12-16 (NKJV) “For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God,

but the doers of the law will be justified; for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts,

their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.”

Psalms 90:7-8 (NKJV) “For we have been consumed by Your anger,
And by Your wrath we are terrified.
You have set our iniquities before You,
Our secret sins in the light of Your countenance.”

So what are we to do?

Ephesians 5:8-14 (NKJV) “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret.

But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.

Therefore He says:
“Awake, you who sleep,
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.”

TWO………He’s cleansing His church.

Ephesians 5:26-27 (NKJV) “…that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.”

The cleansing is happening before our eyes.

THREE………The tares are exposed among the wheat.

Matthew 13:24-30 (NKJV) “Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared.

So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’

The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers,

“First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”‘”

Why is this happening?

The Lord is coming soon.

Finally, Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV) “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’

And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

It’s not just the SBC. The Lord is searching everything. Remember, “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong in the behalf of those whose hearts are loyal to Him.”

Revelation 22:12-15 (NKJV) “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.”

You could read about the report here.

Sexual Immorality, When A Pastor Crosses The Line (pt. 1).

The qualifications of a bishop (overseer, presbyter, elder, pastor) are clear.

1 Timothy 3:1-7 (NKJV) This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach;

not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous; one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);

not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil. Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

Why do pastors cross the line?

Lust in the heart.

James 1:14-15 is clear.

James 1:14-15 (NKJV) “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

Within the hearts is a sexual desire. I said hearts.

The male and the female.

Immoral women have a sexual desire to be touched and they become “passive hunters.” Provocatively dressed, they’re prepared to entice a “powerful” speaker.

At the same time, the male is an “active hunter.” They seek out a woman for a sexual conquest.

When they cross at an intersection, all it takes is for a natural attraction encounter, and the two, unless the pastor is “temperate,” they will connect.

The sexually immoral pastor will look for reasons to engage in adultery if they’re married, or if they’re single, they will will look for reasons to engage in fornication. The same applies to bisexuals or homosexuality.

Crossing at the intersection is deliberate.

It’s intended to get their attention. Once their attention is gained, the planning is in its first stage. This is where one sizes up and get intelligence on their vulnerabilities and play them to their advantage.

It goes without saying that most conquests are demonically inspired.

We see this with Samson and Delilah. Potiphar’s wife and Joseph. Ahab and Jezebel. Jezebel in the book of Revelation.

Whenever there’s a personality powerful person, the attraction is used against them. Even more prevalent, is when a holy man of God is used mightily by God, it will not take long for an “ASSIGNMENT” from satan to be initiated.

So a male pastor, married or single, must institute safe guards, guardrails, and self discipline to remain established in the Lord in personal holiness to avoid sexual immorality.

Proverbs 31:1-3 (NKJV) “The words of King Lemuel, the utterance which his mother taught him:
What, my son?
And what, son of my womb?
And what, son of my vows?
Do not give your strength to women,
Nor your ways to that which destroys kings.”

The one place where men give their strength to women is in the bedroom.

The bedroom is the place where the heart of men is captured. His power is used against him.

Seduction unlocks the heart, which unleashes his power. He will say “yes” to almost everything when you give him sex.

Every man that yielded their strength to women were destroyed.

Proverbs 7:25-27 (NKJV) “Do not let your heart turn aside to her ways,
Do not stray into her paths;
For she has cast down many wounded,
And all who were slain by her were strong men.
Her house is the way to hell,
Descending to the chambers of death.”

Men seldom see the set up. Blinded by a desire to be bolstered in front of people. Blinded by flattery, he doesn’t see that the beginning stages of being played are in place.

We all want to be nice to people, especially women, but if you’re not watching and praying, it’s just a matter of time before the trap closes.

Being hospitable must never turn into a sexual conquest. Pastors should be nice to people, but the safe guards, guardrails, self disciplines must remain in place.

Pastors can be approachable and friendly, but you must never allow yourself to sexually cross the line.

A woman’s beauty is their world, but it could be a tool to get into your heart.

A woman’s genuine vulnerabilities could also be taken advantage by a male pastor that turns into a predator/wanderer. Women that confide in a male pastor could be taken advantage.

It’s not all a woman’s fault, unless, on her part, the intent to deceive is present.

She could appear with a seemingly legitimate vulnerability, but she could also use it as a tool to get to the heart of a pastor.

With false preachers and pastors, the whole intent of their “ministries” is to exercise such influence that unsuspecting women will give themselves to a predator, and come under a man’s personality and be used sexually.

That’s why it’s important for women to have guardrails, safe guards and discipline themselves. When you hear or see something that’s trying to attract you to them, have enough sense to disconnect and run from that place.

A married man that was an apologist was attracted to a married woman. She was attracted to his ability to explain the Scriptures. He appeared legitimate, with no noticeable alarms with the use of Scripture.

He rightfully divided the Scriptures. He was the rave of the modern Christian world.

With this woman, she connected with him on the internet. It wouldn’t be long before he would spring the trap. She started to see something and she broke off. She was wise to explain it to her husband. This apologist crossed the line and accused her of sending sexually explicit photos, which was a lie to cover up what he was doing.

He was sexually setting her up.

His world renown organization declared him as a man of integrity and that he would never cross the line.

While these allegations were vigorously defended, pictures emerged of a sullen looking individual. He was diagnosed and was dying of cancer. After his death, more was uncovered and his impeccable, blameless reputation as a “man of integrity” was destroyed.

While he was alive, they’ve surrounded his life like an army would with wagons.

As an unbiased investigation ensued, and after his death, the real person emerged.

His secondary sexual lifestyle became plain for all to see. The organization made a terrible mistake in surrounding him.

After the allegations became substantiated, their worst fears came to light.

He was a sexual predator.

It would only be after his passing that the truth emerged.

It’s concluded that his body was delivered to satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit would be saved (see 1 Corinthians 5:1-5).

Women have a duty to remain pure before the Lord as well as the pastor.

Neither one, for the sake of His name, should cross the line.

When Your Husband Is Watching Porn Or Watching Other Women

Proverbs 27:20 (NKJV)

“Hell and Destruction are never full;
So the eyes of man are never satisfied.”

Job 31:1 (NKJV)

“I have made a covenant with my eyes;
Why then should I look upon a young woman?”

Some of you will blush, and that’s natural. But if we’re really serious about keeping our holiness before the Lord, we will address our flesh issues.

Men are sight stimulated. If men are attracted to women, it’s because of his ability to search to look at someone that caught his eyes. But a man is either looking to lust or admiring beauty.

This is a very fine line because in less than a nano second, the thoughts of his mind can easily cross the line into lusting with his heart.

Matthew 5:27-30 (NKJV)

“You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

So how will a wife or girlfriend know that your husband or boyfriend is looking to lust after another woman?

Sometimes, a man will look a long time to “soak” in the view. But if you’re truthful, it takes a man less than a second to store what his eyes have seen.

There’s essentially a combination of three places that a man will look to lust.

  1. The eyes and hair.
  2. The waist and the hips.
  3. The cleavage, legs, crotch, and the gluteus Maximus.

I know that the blushing has started, but if you’re brutally honest with yourself, this is exactly what lust is about. But this is how a man is attracted to the beauty of another woman for the purpose of having an immoral sexual encounter.

Either he will fantasize about it, or take things to the next level and engage in adultery.

Disconnections are clear when he’s no longer sexually attracted to you. For whatever reason. But it’s about his heart relationship with God.

To commit adultery in the flesh, he must commit adultery against God.

It all boils down to what’s in the heart of man.

Matthew 15:18-20 (NKJV)

“But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”

The eyes of a man is the door to his heart and mind.

Matthew 6:22-23 (NKJV)

“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

So the intent of the heart drives him and his eyes betrays or justifies him.

It takes a while to train yourself to watch your husband’s eyes. But the moment that you catch him, you can’t blow up in his face on the spot because it’s not wise to create a scene.

If he’s showed violent tendencies, it’s best to wait until there’s a more appropriate time to confront him.

But eventually, when you see that he’s consistently looking at women, and doing it in front of your face, there comes a point where you need to say something.

As far as porn is concerned, he will not signal to you that he’s watching porn because he’s not just watching porn and then he turns it off.

He’s masturbating while being stimulated with his eyes. He’s pretending to have sex with that image. So as a wife, if you’re wondering why there’s no intimacy, this is where he is.

But he may have taken it to another level.

He may be paying for sex with prostitutes who are involved in porn, or are high end escorts, or adult club dancers.

This is fornication, adultery, idolatry, which is covetousness (see Colossians 3:5 and Exodus 20:14 & 17).

This is grounds for divorce (see Matthew 19:9).

A husband must not give in to his desires. He must crucify his flesh. When it comes to sex with another woman, the end will always be the same. There’s no real satisfaction achieved.

But let’s return to the heart and mind.

Ephesians 2:1-3 (NKJV)

And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,

among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

James 1:14-15 (NKJV)

“But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

So what’s a wife to do?

If you choose to confront him, you need to understand that this is a man’s high place. He may have claimed to be saved, claim to love God and His Word, but his flesh isn’t crucified. The husband will fight to keep this stronghold.

Sex is a very powerful tool. When immorality sets in, the dopamine that is secreted into the blood stream feels good and to suddenly go at him when he’s unrepentant, it will be a very volatile moment.

You must be prepared for the fact that he will be in complete denial because it’s just like when the light comes on, or taking a toy away from a child. The man will do everything in his power never to surrender.

And that’s where the Word and prayer must be your place of combating the forces of the will of man and demons. It’s difficult to do prayer and the Word because you’re emotionally distraught. You’re completely devastated. An act of deception and betrayal took place and your world fell apart.

Discovery hurts.

But you can’t remain hurt. It can’t go on forever. There comes a point where something has to be done.

And this is where God incrementally bring things into his life to break him.

When God breaks a man, either he will submit to the chastisement of the Lord, falling on the stone, or be grounded into powder.

Matthew 21:44 (NKJV)

“And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

God know just what will break a man, but also, it’s known for man to ignore that God is using every means necessary to save him. Because we must remember. His soul is at stake.

Yes, your marriage is at stake too, but should he remain unrepentant, his soul will be lost.

Hopefully, he will turn from his wicked ways and return to the Lord with a repentant heart, and eventually take serious steps to repair his relationship with you.

Giving In To Your Sexual Struggles?

Galatians 5:16-21 (NKJV)

“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Notice what Paul by the Holy Spirit shared about these things. In particular, adultery, fornication (porn), uncleanness (extravagant immorality-escort), lewdness (unbridled shameless lust).

Sexual immorality always takes you further than you’re willing to go. To levels never imagined. If we give into to one level of sexual immorality, we find ourselves going further, and further.

But every lustful desire have a genesis. It starts out with perceived innocence and then leads you into places of no shame.

Sexual struggles is common in many believers. The urges and impulses within the flesh and the desire of the mind to be sexually satisfied. We call it a struggle but what is it. It’s only a struggle IF we’re found fighting against it for a season and when the mind is convinced that it will give us unspeakable pleasure, the struggle ends.

Look at what Paul said.

“The flesh lusts (wars/is hostile) against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh.”

It’s a constant battle and either one must win. And yes, the man that willingly desires to fulfill the lusts of the flesh and mind will succeed against the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God is battling with your mind and is bringing every one of His resources to get you to see that you’re heading to violate the covenant relationship with the Lord.

Sin violates the covenant relationship and it breaks your fellowship with God.

When you’re convinced that a moment of pleasure is worth it, the Holy Spirit didn’t accept defeat. Here’s why?

Unless God requires your soul, He will return and give you 1 John chapter 1 and chapter 2:1-6.

The Holy Spirit wants to teach you how to gain victory over sin so you struggle with sin no more.

The struggle happens even after you have learned how to escape when the Holy Spirit teaches you. but you’ve learned to quickly respond to the Holy Spirit, as opposed to ignoring Him.

1 Corinthians 10:12-13 is very clear.

“Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”

In order to give in to sexual struggles, you have to convince yourself that the benefits outweigh the risks.

But what is the true risk?

Falling into sin. You see, Romans 6:23 is the payment.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

When we believe we could get away with it, we’re not thinking about the wages. That’s how the pleasures of sin blind our minds. We give in because we’ve convinced ourselves that our salvation sealed us in such a way, that we practice unrighteousness with impunity.

We guarantee that while a person sins, there’s a 100% certainty that everyone looks over their shoulder.

Can you say with 100% certainty, that you got away with it? That God will not bring a charge against you? That’s God will “wink” at it?

The 10 Commandments is the “knowledge of sin.”

The only way to get 100% certainty is trusting in the shed blood of Jesus and your repentance.

But there’s also the willingness to depart from iniquity. Not continue to participate in it after repentance from dead works and faith towards God. Then living a sanctified life for the rest of your days.

What makes a Christian a Christian?

A clear departure from sin. But you can’t do this on your own, according to Ephesians 2:8-10 and Titus 3:5.

The absolute truth that you’ve been born again is a clear departure from sin, and obedience to the commandments of Jesus according to Matthew 7:21-29 and James 1:22-27.

In 1 John 3, we see that believers need to walk in this.

1 John 3:4-9 (NKJV)

“Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

When we see difficult passages like this that require more of us, it’s because we allow our struggles to talk us out of obedience to difficult passages that require more of us.

We easily surrender to the impossibility of this passage. But how come we say regularly that “with God all things are possible,” but we put a disclaimer on 1 John 3?

Is it possible to be born of GOD, and not sin?

Look at Proverbs 4:23 and 1 John 5:18-19.

The problem is what we allow and meditate on. We never focus on what the Lord requires of us that would cost us.

The other side is that we focus too much on our ability to produce without the help of the Lord. We do it with our own strength and power and in moments of weakness, we give in to our struggles.

Jesus said in John 15:5, “….without Me you can do nothing.”

The Holy Spirit gives us the grace that we need to run to the Savior and to His Word to overcome and have victory over our minds and flesh.

Self discipline is the ability of the believer to rely on the help of the Holy Spirit to control the flesh and mind.

Galatians 5:22-26 (NKJV)

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

1 Corinthians 9:27 (NKJV)

“But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.”

When we work together with the Holy Spirit, the Lord will show us what we need to look for, listen to the Holy Spirit’s warning, and obey the Holy Spirit every time. When we choose to listen to the Holy Spirit every time, it’s possible not to sin.

But you have to be willing to listen to the Holy Spirit EVERY TIME.

When You’ve Cross The Line

James 1:14-15 (NKJV Strong’s)

But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

Adultery and fornication happens in the houses of worship because believers walk away from the Lord, remove their armor, and suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

This cuts to the chase.

A variety of reasons are contemplated.

When I was in the world of porn, I used a number of excuses to justify it.

Sometimes, a person doesn’t know how wounded they are. Or, they just love the pleasures associated with sexual immorality. You don’t have to have something wrong with you to engage in sexual immorality.

The results is death as explained in the Scripture mentioned above.

Sexual sins could be used as medicinal properties to make a person feel good.

Dr. Archibald Hart shared that sex is used as a “pick me up,” or to “reward” themselves for a job well done.

Just because sexual immorality is used as a pick me up when you’re depressed, it doesn’t excuse it. Sin will be judged unless repented of. Also, it doesn’t prevent the consequential reactions.

Two lives have been joined outside of holy matrimony between one man and one woman. As an example to the world, believers are held to the standard of the Word of God.

When we deliberately fail the standard, the world will accuse the Lord and place the blame on the Lord and the Word as the problem. The Lord holds us all accountable and our death seals our fate.

But when you’re single, divorced, or you’re a widow or widower, loneliness sets in and a person looks for companionship. Some look for one night stands with multiple partners. Others look for established or experienced males or females (established meaning married).

Predation takes place with males and females.

But the place where it all begins is lust.

The eyes and the minds of people.

At anytime, the person could be aroused and then engage in targeting the person.

Attraction through seductive means.

They’ll continue to put themselves in the right place for the attraction to work. It’s like fishing. If the fish isn’t biting, they’ll go elsewhere.

But according to, I believe H.B. London, or another man of God, HALT.

When you’re HUNGRY ANGRY LONELY OR TIRED, you need to stop before you cross the line.

Usually, when males are looking for sexual connections, they’re aroused by who comes through the door. When women are looking for sexual connections, they dress provocatively, or they’re very flirty.

But lurking underneath these things is the ones that are hungry, angry, lonely, and tired.

When the target is acquired, all of the normal connections that usually happen in marriage happens in sin. It’s natural for courting, that leads to engagement or contemplation of marriage (without sex), and then marriage, and then sex.

But as believers, we must refrain from turning ourselves into a house of prostitution.

Finally, Paul gave us the solution regarding sexual immorality in 1 Corinthians 7.

When it comes to selection of males and females, 2 Corinthians 6:14 is the standard for believers.

But if a believer finds and unbeliever, Paul gives his personal advice that could be considered.

1 Corinthians 7:12-16 (NKJV Strong’s)

“But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him.

For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.

But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace. For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?”

Please note that the hypothetical that Paul shares gives no indication that a believing person sought an unbeliever. I won’t get into the line by line teaching of this passage, but it appears that they were already together.

I would err on the fact that it’s best to find believers that are compatible spiritually, and mentally. The sex part is common. It’s the spiritual and mental compatibility that will always be the issue.

As Amos 3:3 tells us “How can two walk together except they be agreed.”

So folks, adultery and fornication could be avoided by living for the Lord first, never surrender to satan by falling into temptation, keeping your heart with all diligence, keeping the armor of God on, and filling your heart with God’s Word.

Talk and pray with your strong saints and avoid places and things with sexual content.

When You Can’t Hold Out

1 Corinthians 7:1-2 (NKJV Strong’s)

“Now concerning the things of which you wrote to me:
It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.”

In many of our houses of worship, the flames are rising. We all know that single, divorced, and widowed people are flocking to the church. But many of them are burning with sexual passion.

1 Corinthians 7:8-9 (NKJV Strong’s)

“But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am; but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.”

But many don’t cross the line of marriage. They settle with having a one night stand. Men engage prostitutes, pornography and self gratification, commonly called masturbation. The same is true with women.

If we try to list some reasons why this is, we will miss some things however, as believers, we must refrain from the traps of the world and maintain our relationship with the Lord.

We must do things His way because the Lord has our best interests in mind.

To “remain” as Paul in being celibate, isn’t the route of most people so men and women have to cross the line and get married.

Sin carries a consequential judgment. The child of God breaks fellowship with God to engage with one moment of pleasure, and it’s not worth it.

David, though he had five wives, still engaged in adultery. In 2nd Samuel chapters 11 and 12, David was supposed to be overseeing the battle but remain in the City of Jerusalem. We all know the story. He committed adultery, fathered a child, David had Uriah killed in battle to cover his sin, and the Lord exposed him.

The child died because to let him live, it would have been seen as the Lord giving an endorsement to David’s depraved actions, and the child would have been heir to the throne of David.

According to Leviticus 20:10 (NKJV Strong’s)

“The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress, shall surely be put to death.”

David and Bathsheba should have been judged, but the Lord in 2nd Samuel 12:13, spared David of death. Many will argue that the Lord violated His own law. No. The Lord shows mercy to whomever He wants to show mercy.

Adultery and fornication is a major problem in the houses of worship.

The easy solution is what Paul recommended.

When you can’t hold out, get married.

One male. One female.

Our Worst Fears: Ravi Zacharias

1 Timothy 4:12 (NKJV Strong’s)

“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

Ravi Zacharias was probably one of the most prolific apologists of our times. He would say some tremendous things that really made you pay attention to see if you know your Bible as you should.

We were sadden to hear that Ravi Zacharias had passed away on May 19, 2020.

He was loved and adored for his ability, by the Holy Spirit, to exegete the Word and expound on passages of Scripture that many believers had problems understanding.

In just few sentences with insight from the Holy Spirit, passages of Scripture would unfold and come alive like turning on a light switch. His wisdom over the years have help many believers understand their faith in the Lord, and how to present a vigorous defense of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

He is missed.

When I heard of the allegations of sexual immorality of Ravi, I discounted it when he accused his accusers of extortion. It’s instinct because of the accuser of the brethren. So like many believers we’ve taken what Ravi said as face value because of his impeccable integrity. When a man or woman has unquestioned integrity, Paul calls it “blameless.”

In fact, when the world can’t find or assign blame on you, it gives them a good indication that their life must measure up. Billy Graham had that kind of integrity to abstain from the minefield of sexual immorality.

There’s no question that the world tried to trip Billy Graham up but because he put safeguards in place, blame on sexual matters never found a place. Obviously, there’s other areas where Billy Graham was vulnerable and suffered for it, like his admission on the Nixon tapes about Jews, and other things.

But in this area of sexual immorality, Billy Graham is blameless.

After Ravi shared his defense, I thought that it settled the account. Then after he had passed away of cancer, it shocked the Christian world.

Later we’ve learned of a NDA, which is a Non Disclosure Agreement.

Much like what Harvey Weinstein made all his women he had sex with would do to protect Weinstein’s reputation and protect him from lawsuits.

It caught up with Harvey and he’s currently serving a prison sentence.

When ministers of the gospel engage in adultery or other sexually inappropriate behavior, even when it’s online solicitation, private chat rooms, and rendezvous at far or near hotels, because of their international reputation, such accusations is immediately challenged until the parties no longer agree to remain silent.

Since Ravi Zacharias died of cancer, the details are now coming out.

Luke 12:2-3 (NKJV Strong’s)

“For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.”

A man of God must remain above reproach because when the accusations start to come, your integrity is all that’s left. Once you lose integrity you lack credibility. Once you lose credibility, you’re disqualified.

1 Corinthians 9:25-27 (NKJV Strong’s)

“And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty.

Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.”

Once you’re disqualified, there’s very little that one could do.

Many ministers, after they’ve sinned against the Lord and are exposed, they’ve lost their credibility and fight vigorously to regain it.

When I was in the world of pornography, the Lord warned me over and over again, until I exposed myself. I rationalized that if the Lord exposed me like He did David, I would be disqualified.

So I penned the book Secret Sexual Sins. It wasn’t as good as it could have been but I penned another book Secret Sexual Sins II, MOAB. It’s in this book that I reveal more about the sexual immorality infiltration of local churches.

One person put it powerfully, “If you expose yourself, you keep your job. If God exposes you, you lose your job.”

So in blogs, and podcasts, I began to put out my involvement in the vile sin of pornography and masturbation. Usually, and not with everyone, sexual addiction will take you to places that you thought you wouldn’t go. Keep you longer than you thought, and make you pay more than you’re willing to pay.

Millions of men and women are caught in porn and self gratification.

This isn’t to say that Ravi was a sexual addict. It’s highly unlikely. Paul admonished Timothy to remain pure, to be an example of purity before the people

You can’t tell people to be pure if you’re not pure.

As we reach the end of our journey, we want to be genuine and legit. We want to maintain our integrity and credibility. We want people to say at the conclusion of our lives that this man or woman of God maintained his or her integrity and is blameless.

In 1 Thessalonians 5:23 (NKJV Strong’s) Paul said….“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Ravi died of cancer.

Without much thought, I put two and two together.

Paul said “If we would judge ourselves we would not be judged.”

Many will say that Ravi wasn’t judged, but are you 100% sure?

It’s instinctive to push a narrative to save the personal reputation of people, especially when your ministry or business is involved in millions of dollars. And when you stand in front of people, they have a certain expectation of you.

When you lose your hard earned reputation, when people walk, money walks with them.

They look at your integrity, they believe you, and they put stock in your credibility. Once this is attacked, nothing but an ironclad defense will salvage it. The NDA provided that deniability that preserved some measure of his reputation.

As long as the parties remain silent, and pay a little money, the alleged incident remains hidden. And even if you violate that NDA, the other party may hold themselves to the agreement for fear of being that aggressor in the agreement.

The Lord loves us so much that exposure is the last straw. When we fail to listen, or refuse to listen to the warnings of the Lord, the Lord will uncover us. Not just to bring shame on us, but to ensure that we come back to Him in repentance.

Because the most important thing is not the salvaging of our reputation, but the saving of our souls.

You can conclude what you want from this, but Ravi left way too soon. But now, with these new reports, we can see why he may have left us too soon.

Not only. was he was involved with another woman online, he denied the allegations. According to the report, he became a predator.

In the book, “Betrayal Of Trust,” there’s two kinds of pastors that engage in sexual immorality.

Wanderers and predators.”

A wanderer is one that engages a single time of adultery. A predator insists on repeating his or her offense. Their obsessed with the success of engaging in sin.

Ecclesiastes 8:11-13 (NKJV Strong’s)

“Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him. But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God.”

When you lose being afraid of God, it’s very easy to sin, but sin always come with a built in consequence. No one gets away with it. We’re given space to repent because the Lord is full of long-suffering, mercy, and truth. But when we insist, it’s a matter of time before the Lord see that He’s about to lose you.

Ravi may have repented and regained his rightful place in the Lord, but to ensure that the Lord doesn’t lose what He sent His Son to die for, sometimes, according to Isaiah 57:1-2, He takes the righteous.

He crossed the line and the woman sadly didn’t stop it soon enough.

The woman in question can share the blame because you don’t have to answer every email or go to the chat room. Silence is another way to declining further contact that opens up doors to sexual encounters.

When you’re engaging online, you have to have clear established boundaries. Failure to maintain those boundaries, leads only to consequences that damages the validity of the gospel, and brings shame to His name.

When The Pastor Has Lusting Eyes For You

In my previous article, we know that sexually immoral women have lusting eyes for male pastors, but the opposite is just as true.

Sometimes it’s the combination of the two when sparks fly.

Opposites attracts.

A number of things could be behind the motivation of a male pastor to commit adultery, or if he’s single, commit the sin of fornication.

But it always begins with lust in the heart.

All a male need is a firecracker to come into his mind. Or in his mind, he constantly fantasizes or sexually objecticize women, inside and outside the house of worship.

In the book, Betrayal of Trust, there’s two types of male pastors.

“Wanderers & Predators”

The wanderer strayed from his marriage and regrettably sinned against God, and violated his vows to his wife to remain faithful. He’s regretted the sin and returns to his wife, to remain faithful for the rest of the marriage.

Then there’s the predator. He searches for a vulnerable partner and usually he picks out vulnerable women that may be looking for male connections.

It’s not always the case though.

Some of them are emotionally unstable, and this, in and of itself, isn’t the only reason that they allow themselves to be duped by a male pastor, but it’s probably high on the list.

Like an animal predator that looks for the young or the weak, the male pastor does the same thing. He seeks out the immature women in the Word of God and smells the scent of hopelessness, unsure, insecure, always looking for support and direction, filled with despair, isn’t confident, is very dependent, and very unsuspecting.

He avoids the strong in faith women in the house of worship.

He uses flattering words, give small gifts, and gains the confidence of his target. As soon as trust is built, he takes things to the next level.

At first, his target will appear apprehensive and very cautious. She instinctively gives signals that this isn’t appropriate. But he’s done it before. Male pastor predators are patient, looking for that one moment of a break in her defenses.

But words are seeds, gestures are seeds.

She ponders these kinds of actions and as soon as he determines a crack in the armor, he makes his move.

His eyes makes contact, he makes subtle touches of the hand, the shoulder, the waist, the kiss on the cheek.

ALL THESE ADVANCES IS A SET UP AND IF YOU’RE NOT CAREFUL……..

Many vulnerable women made the mistake and drop their guard.

After it’s all said and done, a regrettable sin is committed.

He used you and things are different now.

But it never stops. It feels like you’re obligated because it goes from a one night stand to an ongoing immoral relationship that goes on for days, weeks, and months.

That feeling of obligation is a sexual tie, only validated by holy matrimony.

That feeling of obligation is an immoral invalid tie to that male pastor.

Genesis 2:24 (NKJV Strong’s) “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”

Notice what Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:16-17 (NKJV Strong’s) “Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”

So even if the pastor is married, the woman outside the marriage that engaged in sex with that pastor, established an illegal tie with that man.

When a woman expresses that they have “feelings” for that male pastor, when it’s solidified in the bedroom, the tie to him is immorally established.

This is where the woman must exercise caution and not be found in a place where a male pastor pursues an illegal immoral sexual relationship. Nothing good comes of this because sin is present.

Sin has consequences. And sin, in the end, leads to death.

If you’re about to be taken advantaged of by a male pastor, it’s best to seek the counsel of a wise, prayerful, seasoned in the Scriptures woman. Afterwards, it’s best to find another local assembly because if you remain there, he will make another advance.

It’s never a bad idea to SOUND THE ALARM.

Declare, in love and humility, what you know is the truth, and do that according to 1 Timothy 5:19-20.

If you seek to be slanderous, this is “sowing discord among the brethren.”

If you lie about it, all liars will have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone” (see Revelation 21:8).

Sometimes, he will not take “no” for an answer.

He will do everything in his power to close the deal.

The devil operating in that immoral pastor is a smooth talker.

Don’t even tell him that you’re leaving the house of worship for another.

Just abruptly leave. There’s nothing in the Word that tells you that you have to stay when that male pastor made a pass at you. You know what’s next and there’s no sense in remaining in a place where a lot of people will get hurt.

Even when you’ve established good relations with other members of that house of worship, when a male pastor, or any male is making unwanted sexual advances to you, leaving is an option on the table that should not be suppressed.

Hebrews 13:4 and Revelation 21:8 is clear.

There’s no beautiful sunset.

If you’re single and waiting for a man to pop the question of matrimony, it’s worth the wait. If you’re married and your marriage has lost its spark, adultery with a pastor is not the answer.

The Scriptures is clear about holiness and personal holiness must be maintained on both sides of the pulpit.

Beware of the wolf’s eyes behind the pulpit.

“Be sober. Be vigilant.”

Sex Strike To Attack Anti Abortion Law

Sexual immorality abstinence.

Is Hollywood having a revival?

Well, Alyssa Milano is calling for a “sex strike” to protest the heart beat bill signed in Georgia and in other states in the United States.

The heart beat bill is simple.

If you detect a heart beat in the baby, you can’t have an abortion.

Of course there will be fights in the courts to challenge the Constitutionality of the law, but for now, it appears that the protest of “No Sex” works in the favor of anti abortionists.

Because it takes “two to tango.”

If a woman withholds sex from a man, apart from artificial conception, a woman can’t get pregnant.

So, no sex means, no fornication or adultery.

But let’s be real about this.

Most sexually immoral women won’t withhold sex.

Then you have prostitution which depends upon undisciplined, sexually immoral, stupid males to be seduced to spend money for sex.

Condoms are known to fail.

Sexually transmitted diseases, if everyone listens to Alyssa Milano, would decrease too.

Hospitals will not get any business of treating STDs.

Here’s another problem.

When prostitutes get pregnant, they (the pimp and the prostitute) depend upon Planned Parenthood and other lesser known abortion mills to take care of murdering the child and put the woman back on the street.

That is unless the prostitute take the RU486 pill to deliberately induce a miscarriage to kill the baby, or use other pregnancy prevention devices.

So those that will listen to Ms. Milano is clearly helping reduce child murder/sacrifice, STDs, and other maladies associated with abortion.

Please don’t think for one moment that I’m trying to change the course of their protest.

Biblical abstinence is the goal.

We all know that Alyssa Milano’s ploy is to gain attention to stop states from passing anti abortion laws.
