Jerry Brown signed into law Monday a bill that deletes the terms “husband” and “wife” from the state’s marriage law and replaces it with “spouse” in order to accommodate same-sex marriages. The bill, put forth by Democratic Sen. Mark Leno, takes a provision of the California Constitution that recognizes marriage as being between a man and a woman and replaces it with more gender-neutral language. The legislation takes effect Jan. 1 and reflects the legality of gay marriage in California after a decade of litigation. The law also removes limits on recognizing same-sex marriages performed out of state.”
Well if you’re wondering why there is a drought in that area, wonder no more.
I’ll look online to see if any churches and pastors are doing anything as far as prayer is concerned or addressing this issue from their pulpits.
Better yet, have they spoken directly to the governor?
Chances are, it’s not going to happen.
This sets up pastors to perform gender neutral marriages.
Let’s just say for a moment that the children of God in California made attempts to pray for those in authority, and tried to meet with those in authority.
What happened?
We won’t know.
But we see that the claws of liberalism is deadly. We also see that the deliberate actions of those in authority in California and other parts of the United States is a precursor to absolute anarchy against the living God.
That regardless of what measure of judgment is sent, like in the Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, they will boldly ball up their fist, shake it towards heaven, and blaspheme the Holy One and the faithful in heaven.
