Church, Let’s Thank God For The NAACP, SCLC, LGBT, and President Obama

As we were talking at a restaurant in Brooklyn after service, the Lord dropped a Scripture in my heart and mind.

Proverbs 21:1 says, “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; Like the rivers; He turns it wherever He wishes.”

Granted, we all wish that the positive side according to God’s plans and purposes is preferred, but let’s look at something very closely.

Under the radar, the then candidate, Senator Obama gave two speeches that many, including the NAACP, SCLC, LGBT, and outspoken African American pastors unhesitatingly applauded.

Planned Parenthood and LGBT rights.

Very few opposed these speeches and it was only after the fact. Many pastors and professed believers didn’t oppose these positions.

Why?

An African American was finally voted into high office. For the first time, an African American assumes the presidency.

On the day of his election, the cameras were strategically placed in some African American churches. People were going crazier in church for the election than they would for praising God. I didn’t vote for the president because he didn’t come close to the Biblical standards of the Word of God. Many of those that did vote for him were oblivious to the demonic positions of abortion and homosexuality harbored by this candidate, now president.

Many will be judged accordingly.

All of a sudden, over three years after his election, the president makes his move and supports LGBT agenda. It wasn’t a crowning achievement but nonetheless, a notable stand from the political pinnacle of power as orchestrated by the behind the scenes LGBT agenda.

A sitting president supporting homosexual marriage.

Then we have North Carolina placing Amendment One on the ballot and by a mandate, marriage is to be between one man and one woman and it was now placed in their state constitution.

What is profound is that 31 states stand against homosexual marriage.

Then you have African Americans in the NAACP and SCLC attempting to “roundup” pastors to support the president.

That false cry of support fell flat on their heads and they saw the NAACP, SCLC, Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, Joseph Lowery, and Julian Bond, rebuked and kicked to the curb by independent thinking, God fearing, Bible preaching pastors and believers.

In other words, a severe break and blatant disrespect, and disregard of these phantom voices of the past and a clear departure (with no return) from traditional Democratic “toe the line” rhetoric.

Then they sent the hound dogs (IRS and White House staff, including the Justice Department head) to warn pastors of speaking against the president from the pulpit. It was cloaked to “get support for the president’s position” but we all know that it was about warning those who dared not support the president. Any pastor that went, should have read Proverbs 23:1-3 before accepting any request to be at the White House or invite them to come and speak to any group of pastors.

You pastors need to stop being star struck by high profile people and stop giving men more honor than the God that called you to preach.

I’ve already said from the pulpit I preach from that anyone who votes for President Obama is voting for homosexuality and abortion. If you vote for this president, you are violating the Word of God.

Hebrews 13:5b says….

“For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my Helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

You are probably wondering why the title is there.

Here’s my point.

God did not use Obama to usher in these ungodly agendas. The Lord was never in bed with sin and it’s consequences. Rather, the Lord takes these things and begin to put the Word of the Lord for this era of time in the mouth of His faithful.

If it weren’t for their actions, the church would have went along like before. Like everything is rosy. In fact, to a certain extent, because of the economic conditions of our time, also known as “CONSEQUENTIAL IN HOUSE JUDGMENT IN THE CHURCH,” some of us is still preaching a prosperity gospel while living in Secret Sexual Sins.

You see, what the Lord has done is that people in the church have recognized that the church has played the harlot and prostituted itself with the devil. Some of us have come to our senses and we have put away the filthiness of the flesh and spirit and we have perfected holiness in the fear of God.

Some of us have recognized that we’ve grieved God long enough and that it is time to return to the Lord in repentance.

God, if there was a time for fasting, sackcloth and ashes, now would be the time.

But we are not in OT times.

Incidentally, many believe that there is only one aspect to fasting. Getting sensitive to the Spirit of God. It’s almost spooky.

Fasting in the OT was not about getting sensitive to the voice of the Spirit of God. There were only three persons in the OT that had the Holy Spirit upon them.

The prophet, High Priest, and king.

Although when you do stop eating and deprive the flesh of food, you are helping to deaden or deprive the flesh. There is an element of disciplining the flesh of its carnal ways, urges and impulses, and so forth.

But primarily, fasting was designed to deprive the body of its pleasure as an act of penance for sin. Sackcloth is clothing of the debased. Ashes is just throwing dirt on yourself to show God that you are nothing but dirt and filth and that you are showing God, through fasting, wearing debased clothing, and putting dirt on you to tell Him how sorry you are for sinning against God.

Jesus only fasted one time. The 40 days in the wilderness after the Holy Spirit came upon Him after His baptism in the river Jordan by John the Baptist to fulfill all righteousness.

So when you read these amazing Prayer and Fasting Books, if you do not see the original reason why they fasted in the OT, then you are being hoodwinked with a half truth.

So, with these things in mind, we now see that the hand of the enemy was on the president through Planned Parenthood, LGBT, NAACP, SCLC and other backdoor people to push sin from the Executive Office.

By doing this, the church has come alive in certain parts. Granted, not the entire church because many pastors and people that profess to be believers want their cake and eat it too. That is they want God and they want sin at the same time.

But here’s what happened.

Like never before, saints are standing up against sexual immorality and abortion. Like never before we are seeing a concerted effort to stand against the evils of our day.

Now what happens when “the king” resists the hand of the Lord?

Any thing.

We must remember what Proverb 14:34 says,

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”

As far as the church is concerned, when we fail to do what we are called to do, that is, preach against unrighteousness and preach acceptance of the sin of homosexuality, also known as “inclusionistas” we are in the crosshairs of the judgment of God.

The other thing that we must consider is the fact that inside the church, the lines have been drawn. Those that are pathetically sympathetic to the very thing that God is against and those that stand firm as the righteousness of God in Christ.

There is exclusivity with being a child of God.

You cannot love darkness and be in the light at the same time. You cannot love God and love the devil at the same time. You cannot love righteousness and love sin at the same time. You cannot include sin where holy is exclusive. How dare you bring your unrepentant sin filled heart into the holy temple? It’s fine if you are to bring your sin to repent of it. But if you intend to sin when service is over, you are a bald faced hypocrite and you are deceived James 4:4.

It’s only the mercy of God that what we have experienced so far has caused considerable damage to people but at this point, what is about to come will pale in comparison. When the church refuses to do a rally call to repent and we go about our ways (preaching Christianity soft messages), we are ignoring Psalm 15 and Psalm 91.

A. W. Tozer said, “We must think rightly about God.”

You are either in sin or you are in righteousness.

You can’t have it both ways. Your death is proof that you cannot have it both ways.

Hebrews 9:27.

Sin will be judged after death. Just be sure you are not on the wrong side of God when you stand before Him.

Father, we thank you for what is happening. Not the sin and wickedness that is before our eyes, but for the revelation of the fact that You were never caught off guard, and that you are working on the behalf of those that seek to put You first in all we do. Our eyes are open to the truth of Your Word; that we are to live according to the righteous standards of the Word of God regardless of what people think. We pray that they would repent and turn from their wicked ways and walk in the light as You are in the light. For there is no darkness in You. Forgive us of our wicked ways. For playing the harlot and prostituting ourselves with the devil. From here on, we choose to walk in holiness. For there, in Christ, by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, is our complete victory over sin.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
